In this research ,taking an experimental model of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID) in rat infected by colon bacillus and goldenstaphy lococcus as object of study, with advanced techniques such as immunohistochemistry, situ nucleic acid hybridization and optic microscope. We analyzed the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1mRNA (ICAM-1 mRNA), transforming growth factor mRNA- 1(TGF- 1mRNA), Fas and caspase-3 .And studied the change of Th lymphocyte subgroups by interleukin-10 and interleukin-2 were measured .The objective is to investigate the mechanism that YankeNing on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID) and pathogenesis of CPID .The results show that: 1. Abnormal immuno-regulation of T cell may play an important role in CPID.Higher levels of IL-10 and lower levels of IL-2 show that function of Th2 cell is active while Th1 cell is inhibited,which causes shift of cytokine types. And lead to the process of chronicinflammation . YankeNing can regulate the disequilibrium of T lymphocyte subgroups.2. The increase of ICAM-1 m-RNA, TGF-m-RNA in CPID shows that ICAM-1 , TGF- 1 participate the process of chronic fibroblastic proliferation. YankeNing can decrease the level, relieve local inflammatory and fibroblastic proliferation ,tends to normalize pathological losical tissue. 3.YankeNing can induce cell apoptosis,relieve of the damage of the tissue by increase the expression of Fas and casepases-3. 4.Control of cellular wilting , disequilibrium of immuno-regulation and ICAM-1m-RNA , TGF- 1m-RNA with Chinese medicine discloses the mechanism of Chinese medicine,especially compound medicines from the angle of molecular level.To explain the nature of Chinese medical theories will contribute to the communication anddevelopment of both Chinese and Western medicines.This research established the foundation of theories and experiment for the clinical application of YankeNing. Therefore ,YankeNing is a valid medicine on CPID.It is of important value to development and utilization. |
