Effects Of Fuke Qianjin Tablet On MRNA Transcription Of Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases In Rats

Objective:To investigate the effects of Fuke Qianjin Tablets on the ex-pression of cytokines(IL-6?IL-2?IFN-??TNF-?)?NF-?B and RBD-2 mRNA of acute pelvic inflammatory diseases in rats.Explore the molecular mechanism of anti-inflammatory immune of the medicine.Methods:The models of rats with acute pelvic inflammatory disease (Wistar female rats)were successfully made by infecting three various b-acteria (Escherichia coli?M.urealyticum and Staphyloccocus aureus R-osenbach)into the rats.Seventy-four female Wistar rats were randomly c-lassified into the following different groups:the normal group,the simu-lative model group,the model group,the high dose of Fuke Qianjin Tab- lets group, the medium dose of Fuke Qianjin Tablets group,the low do-se of Fuke Qianjin Tablets group and the control group with another kin-d of Chinese medicinal formula and Western-style pharmaceuticals.The method of reverse transcription follow by PCR(RT-PCR) was used to d-etect the expression of IL-6?IL-2?IFN-??TNF-??NF-?B and RBD-2 mRNA in the uterine and ovary tissues of the rats.Results:After administration for 21 days with Fuke Qianjin Tablet trea-tment,1:The expression of IL-6?IL-2?TNF-?mRNA in the uterine and ovary tissues of the rats in Fuke Qianjin Tablet group declined (P<0.01 and P<0.05),and the expression of IFN-y mRNA in the uterine of the rats increased(P<0.05).2:The expression of NF-?B mRNA in the uterine tis-sues of the rats in Fuke Qianjin Tablets group declined (P<0.01). And t-here was no significant difference of the expression of NF-?B mRNA in ovary tissues of the rats compared with the model group (P>0.05).3: The expression of RBD2 mRNA in the uterine tissues of the rats of Fuke Qianjin Tablet group de-clined (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Fuke Qianjin Tablets can inhibit the expression of IL-6?IL-2?TNF-?mRNA,then reduce the expression of inflammation factor and inflammation medium and protect the tissues. The expression of IFN-?mRNA raises compared with the model group, it show that FukeQianjin Tablets can improve the ability of anti-infection.2. Fuke Qianjin Tablets can inhibit the expression of NF-?B mRNA and the cascade reaction of cytokines to reduce the cell-mediated inflammatory response by the infl-ammatory cytokines.3.The expression of RBD-2 mRNA declines com-pared with the model group,it reveals that its aim of anti-inflamematory immune achieves by killing bacteria.
