The control group cured17cases, accounting for56.67%; effective in9cases, accounting for30%; effective in4cases, accounting for13.33%of the total efficiency of100%. No statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), the two group in improving symptoms of cough has effect, and the effect is quite.2. two group of average outpatient treatment time:the path group12.50±2.30days, control group14.57±3.24days, group path outpatient treatment time was shortened obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), routing group than the control group.3. Comparison of outpatient expenses:cost routing group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); in these costs, the path group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); path group therapy of Chinese medicine application more than the control group, the cost is higher than that of the control group, but the no significant differences. In western medicine expense, the path group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); in the treatment cost, inspection cost path group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the two group total cost comparison, the path group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). It indicates that TCM and Western medicine, use ratio increased, treatment, examination expenses expenses greatly reduced.4. Patient satisfaction:path group satisfaction rate of100%,86.67%in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), the path group satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion:The two group in improving symptoms of cough has effect, and the curative effect is similar; in average outpatient treatment time path group treatment time was shortened; the expenses path group than in the control group in the traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine, TCM therapy costs have increased, decreased obviously in western medicine, treatment, examination and treatment of total cost patient satisfaction; in the path group was higher than control group. |
