Studies Of Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation For Chronic Cough In Children

ObjectiveBased on the previous clinical studies,based on six meridian syndrome differentiation to observe clinical curative effect for children chronic cough,in order to further study the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for the disease to provide clinical basis.Method1 Object of studyThis study collected a total of 60 cases,all from my clinic outpatient,collection time between January 2016 and January 2017.2 Inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria2.1 Inclusion criteria(1)Diagnosis standard for chronic cough: western medicine diagnostic criteria of chronic(refer to the 2013 edition of the Chinese medical association branch of pediatrics breathing group cooperative expert consensus)of chronic cough.(2)age range for 6 to 14 years old;(3)informed consent and voluntary treatment,and can track observation.2.2 Exclusion criteria(1)Does not comply with the western medicine diagnosis;(2)aged range for less than 6 years old or older than 14 years old and above;(3)have serious primary diseases such as physicians,neurologist;(4)the formulas of drug allergy is known;(5)the use of drugs which dose not according to stipulations and cannot judge the curative effect,or because of data not congruent which affect curative effect result in judgment result canot be analysised.2.3 Loss of standards and handlingLoss of standards: informed consent,and screening qualified enter randomised trials of subjects,during the treatment of severe adverse reactions;Severe complications;for unwilling to cooperate to make off processing or treatment can not be completed.Loss cases handling:(1)After the subjects falling off,the researcher should be make an appointment to follow-up,telephone,mail,as far as possible to contact the subjects,ask reason,record the last time,complete can complete assessment of the project.(2)due to allergy or other adverse reactions to exit the test cases,treatment is invalid,the researchers should according to the actual circumstance of the subjects,the corresponding treatment measures.(3)loss cases should be properly kept for filing on test data,to fall off cases as descriptive analysis,fall off the patient without the other.2.4 Standard of weed out(1)The test record serious insufficiency;(2)contamination or interference factors;(3)not according to the test plan.Before data statistical analysis,by the statistics personnel and main researchers discuss whether cases;Relevant test data to eliminate cases for filing,a descriptive analysis.2.5 Standard of suspend(1)In clinical trials,the subjects with complications,and special physiological changes have taken place,which can not be suitabled to continue to accept participants;(2)use the other treatment or share of prohibited drugs,etc.,affect the effectiveness and safety judgement;(3)the occurrence of adverse events and severe adverse events,not appropriate to continue to accept test subjects;(4)the subjects not timely follow-up,compliance claim;After breaking a variety of reasons.To suspend the cases is generally not more than 20%.Whatever the reason of the suspension research cases,cases should retain its form,and in the final test results for the final result,the curative effect and adverse reactions were all data analysis.2.6 Therapeutic methodIncluding 60 cases of the children with chronic cough,using six dialectical treatments,including Taiyang Disease,use Mahuang Decoction(Ephedrae Decoction),or Small Qinglong Decoction,or Decoction of Ramulus Cinnamomi plus Magnoliae Cortex and Apricot Fruit mainly.For Yangming Disease,use Maxingganshi Decoction mainly.For Shaoyang Decoction,use Xiaochaihu Decoction mainly.For Taiyin Disease,use Lizhong Wan(Bolus for regulating middle Energizer),or Sini Decoction(Decoction for treating Yang Exhaustion)mainly.For Shaoyin Disease,use Zhuling Decoction(Polypori Umbrellati Decoction or Zhenwu Decoction.For Jueyin Disease,use Mahuangshenghuang Decoction or Wumei Pills.Do not use traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations in the entire therapeutic process,it takes a fortnight for all these period of treatments.Results(1)Results of this study is not included the union disease.With the sun's disease cases 20 cases(stroke certificate in 5 cases,6 cases of warm disease syndrome,external cold and internal 4 cases,outside in the cold drink certificate in 5 cases),accounting for 33.3%;Yangming disease 9 cases,6 cases of yangming disease heat,yangming disease empirical 3 cases),accounting for 15%;10 cases of shaoyang disease(YangShuJi less adverse certificate 10 cases),accounting for 16.7%;SAN Yang disease,a total of 39 cases(75.0%),Lunar disease in 4 cases,accounting for 0.67%;Shaoyin disease in 16 cases(Yin deficiency syndrome in 13,fire shaoyin disease of Yang deficiency water make certificate 3 cases),accounting for 26.7%;Jue Yin disease in 1 case,accounting for 0.16%.Three Yin diseases including 21 cases,accounting for 25.0%.(2)according to the different causes of chronic cough caused by giving the results showed: the airway cough syndrome(20 cases,including the sun in 11 cases,2 cases of shaoyang disease,lunar disease in 1 case,shaoyin disease 6 cases;24 cases of cough variant asthma of yangming disease,10 cases,10 cases of shaoyang disease,4 cases of shaoyin disease;Gastroesophageal reflux cough 4 cases,4 cases of shaoyang disease,jue Yin disease in 1 case;8 cases of cough after infection,4 cases of the disease,2 cases of shaoyang disease,shaoyin disease in 2 cases;3 cases of allergic cough,2 cases of shaoyang disease,the disease in 1 case;ACEI induced cough in 1 case,1 case of shaoyang disease.(3)respectively in the two groups after treatment,treatment group cure of 17 cases,6 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,2 cases failed;The control group,10 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly improved,effective in 2 cases,9 cases of invalid.Two groups by the rank and inspection,Z = 1.995,P = 0.046 < 0.05,the two groups statistically significant,comparable.(4)two groups of patients during treatment had no obvious adverse reaction,better security,and no obvious adverse events occurred.conclusionChronic cough mainly three by Yang,shaoyin,sun,six-channel differentiation of chronic cough in children with good treatment effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as cough,sputum,breathing;Through a large number of clinical observation,the treatment is effective treatment,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
