Research On The Community Residents’ State Of Health And Demands Of Preventive Treatment Of Disease And Health Management

Objective:To the community residents for survey, in order to understand the preventive treatment of disease and health management service in our urban communities development present situation,investigate the sample area residents health status,and to know the awareness acceptance of preventive treatment of disease and health management service.Summarizing the health management service problems in the development process,with the policy and the theoretical analysis,providing policy suggestions to the community level with Chinese characteristics for the health management services to the optimum development.Methods:Selecting the sample area of national characteristics of Chinese medicine community health services demonstration area,that is hangzhou gongshu district, extracting the three health service communities as location of the survey,including Daguan shangtang,Xiaohe hushu,Mishi alley. To the community at the age of twenty permanent residents as the research object. Handing out questionnaire named community residents health status and preventive treatment of disease and health management service demand. Data mainly adopts descriptive methods and proportion. Focuses on the analysis of the two-week prevalence rate,prevalence rale of chronic disease rate to understand health status of the community inhabitants,demand and utilization of preventive treatment of disease and health management service. According to these datas to make the statistical description. Combined with demand theory,health belief model,welfare economics theory and public goods theory,put forward policy and theoretical analysis to the development of urban community,and construction of the Chinese characteristic health management system suggestion.Results:1.Through two-week prevalence rate and prevalence rale of chronic disease to understand the level of health status of the sample community inhabitants is better than national average. Residents medical treatment and health care cost is higher.2.Community health service utilization and residents satisfaction is higher in sample area. It has a certain foundation in community level development for the residents of preventive treatment of disease and health management service.Combined with economic theory,the public products and quasi-public products in health management service should be provided by the government to make up for market failure,and to improve social welfare.3.Community residents to the traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technical service knowledge and utility ratio is low.Community residents intend to spend out-of-pocket costs on preventive treatment of disease and health management service,but acceptable price level is low. Mass media in health knowledge spread has good effect,need to focus on different levels of people,and carrying out publicity and classification.Conclusions:Under the background of new medical reform pay attention to basic medical and health institutions,to the community as a platform,to the government policy financial support for security,to electronic health records (EHR) as the supporting,combining health management service technology and method with traditional medicine treating disease,constructuring with Chinese characteristics,preventive treatment of disease and health management service system,in order to promote national health statue,contain chronic rapid growth trend and realize the strategic target of China’s2020health.
