The Analysis And Design Of The Health Management System Of Community Residents Facing The Aging Society

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress explicitly pointed out: The construction of the basic medical and health system in China,which is centered on the rural grassroots and urban community medical institutions,is becoming the focus of China’s new medical reform.The construction of basic livelihood projects such as community medical security services in our country is still relatively lacking,and there are great potentials for development in rural areas and towns.With the improvement of the level of informatization management,giving full play to the information technology means and building a community resident medical system is an important project that benefits the people.This paper designs a web-based community resident medical management system for macro-control and analysis of the overall health level of residents in urban communities.It complements existing offline medical and health sites and forms a collaborative service mechanism.UML tools are used to analyze and design the system’s main business,function modules and core data.The system adopts B/S structure and uses Mysql database for design and development.In the demand analysis,the Jiujiang Baishui Lake Shudian Community was taken as an example to analyze the structure of community medical organizations;the analysis of community residents’ information management,community residents’ health digital file management,community residents’ medical treatment service management,community medical check-in management,medical health services Hotline consultation,medical knowledge and other popular science six major business processes;analysis of the system’s deployment topology,analysis of the system’s overall use cases and each module use cases and package diagrams,further detailed design of the module abbreviated class diagram,and combing the system in detail The relationship between entities,and gives the database table structure design.Through this information system,we can realize the health data of residents in urban community jurisdictions,provide medical security services through the establishment of residents’ electronic health records,residents’ disease and medication management tracking,and optimize the medical care service flow for the elderly,through online and offline integration.By means of carrying out multiple activities and systematically implementing a one-stop service environment for health management,it has basically achieved a full coverage,hierarchical,and three-dimensional support platform system for community residents’ health care information,and achieved good application results.
