Clinical Observation Of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Vagina Effervescence Capsules And Thymosin Thymopeptides Needle Effect On CINI

Objective:Discuss the feasibility and validity of conservative therapy using recombinant humaninterferon a-2b vagina effervescence capsule combined with Thyosinm thymopeptidesinjection drug for the CIN1patients.Methods:1. Collect clinlical cases:Collect235CINⅠ cases which are diagnosed by TCT inspectionor HPV-DNA and vaginal microscopically biopsy inspection.2. Set up treadment，group235people in treadment group， treadment group is devidedinto treadment group1， treadment group2， treadment group3.Set87cases of merge HPV(low-risk type) infection low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CINⅠ) as treatmentgroup1；Set87cases of merge HPV (low-risk type) infection low-grade CINⅠ astreatment group2；Set61cases of Multiple infection of HPV (low-risk HPV andhigh-risk HPV) infection CINⅠ as treatment group3。The oldest of the patients is54years old，the youngest of the patients is20years oldthe average age of the patients is36yearsold，no treatment contraindications of recombinant human interferon a-2b vagina effervescencecapsule combined with Thyosinm thymopeptides injection, not use antiviral drugs andimmune drug recently, the selected materials of the three groups are comparable.3.Treat the selected CINⅠ patients using recombinant human interferon a-2b vaginaeffervescence capsule combined with Thyosinm thymopeptides injection for external use, userecombinant human interferon a-2b vagina effervescence capsule for10days monthly, set10days as1course of treatment, and treat till3-6courses of treatment. Using60mg of Thyosinmthymopeptides injection one time every alternate days at the same time, till5times everymonth, set1month as1course of treatment, and treat till2-3courses of treatment for everypatient according to the condition.Result:1. The total effective rate was100.00%, the total cure rate was80.0%, in the235cases ofstudied patients.2The total cure rate of treatment group was80.0%，The cure rate of treatment group asfollows:the cure rate of the low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia infected by HPV (low-risk) is88.6%，the cure rate of low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia infected by HPV(high-risk) is74.7%，the cure rate of low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia infected byHPV (low-risk and high-risk type) is73.7%.Conclusion:It is a effective and convenient treatment using recombinant human interferon a-2b vaginaeffervescence capsule combined with Thyosin thymopeptides injection for external use at partialCervical for CINI and CINⅠ infected with HPV， this treatment is suitable for young not broodand old weak patients who are not willing to use surgical treatment， it is worth to spread inclinical application.
