Private hospital is the inevitable outcome of the establishment of the socialist market economy system and the development of health reform,and it plays an important role in the medical and health system of our country.With the accelerated pace of economic globalization,the private hospitals face great challenges brought by external environment,which is mainly manifested in private hospitals generally in decision-making and management lack of innovative business development philosophy,resulting in the hospital’s internal mechanism lack of overall and long-term planning,weakening the viability of private hospital group.Therefore,it is urgent to innovate and reform the internal management system in order to adapt to the complex and changeable situation of medical market.This study mainly includes the following contents:First,the introduction,mainly elaborates the research background and significance,domestic and international related research and practice trends,research content and research methods.Second,private hospital management system’s present situation and the causes of the problems,status mainly relates to the salary distribution mechanism is not in place,performance appraisal management not system,marketing management strategy of dull,these problems cause mainly attributed to the management idea and the way backward,system does not regulate the employees lack the career planning,construction of hospital culture is not perfect.Third,an overview of the Institutional Innovation theory,including the basic definition of management system,private hospital system innovation theory origin,system stability and system innovation,private hospital management system Troika.Four,zhejiang a civilian battalion hospital management status and improvement ideas,content including:the general situation of a private hospital in zhejiang province,the current situation of the management of a private hospital in zhejiang province and the improvement of a private hospital system in zhejiang province.Five,zhejiang a Private hospital system innovation countermeasures,including five aspects:to develop in line with the actual performance appraisal system,establish perfect employees career planning system,salary management system optimization,marketing management system innovation and decision management system innovation.Six,the conclusion.The content mainly includes:improve hospital governance structure,strengthen the functional departments,strengthen the discipline and talent team construction,strengthen target management and all staff marketing,increase efforts to grasp the construction of hospital culture,the innovation thought which the decision-maker leads,the patient oriented innovation thought and the staff Oriented Innovation thought.
