Clinical Research Of The Treatment For Knee Osteoarthritis Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Type With Heumatism Prescriptions Mixture

Objectives:To this subject by observing Heumatism Prescriptions for therapy of Knee osteoarthritis with Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome type by the performance of patients with clinical symptoms, chemical examination.In order to Preliminary discussion the Treatment effect and Security Index of the Heumatism Prescriptions mixture for Knee osteoarthritis,and then give a preliminary evaluation with Clinical trial data for further development and application of the medicine.Methods:From January2011to January2012Rheumatology out-patient department Chinese medicine hospital in Yunnan Province found60cases of Knee osteoarthritis patients who in accordance with the inclution criteria,were divided into treatment group and control group,by random table method for randomized,each group has30patients. And Treatment group was given Heumatism Prescriptions mixture,for External use,3times a day;The control group was given Jin Wugutong capsule, for External use,3times a day.The two groups have adopted a4weeks course of treatment.All patients in the treatment should be observed with the score of Joint pain,morning stiff and swelling before and after treatment,as well as the Main inflammatory index(ESR、CRP),Security Index(ALT、AST、BUN、Scr、Blood routine、 urinr routine).Finally,all datas were analyzed statistically to Preliminary discuss the Treatment effect and Security Index of the Heumatism Prescriptions mixture for Knee osteoarthritis.Results:1.comprenhension effect comparison of the two groups:the treatment group had the advantage than the control group(P<0.05). Treatment group effective rate was93.3%,and control group effective rate was66.67%.The treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).2.TCM symptoms improve comparison of the two groups: the treatment group had the advantage than the control group(P<0.05).Treatment group effective rate was93.3%,and control group effective rate was66.67%.The treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).3.Single TCM symptoms improve comparison of the two groups:The treatment group had the advantage to improve the symptoms of Joint pain,morning stiff and swelling than control group.But there is no difference of two groups to improve the symptoms of Joint activity,Joint ache and lack of power,dizziness tinnitus and tongue pulse conditionAThe WOMAC score comparison of the two groups:The treatent group could reduce the WOMAC score of the Knee osteoarthritis.The treatent group had the advantage to reduce the WOMAC score than the control group.5.The ESR、CRP change comparison of the two groups: The treatment group could reduce CRP of the Knee osteoarthritis.But the both groups had no effect in improving ESR.There is no difference of the two groups to decrease ESR.The treatment group had the advantage to improve CRP than control group.6.Two groups of blood, urine, liver, kidney function in the experimental observation period have not found reduce adverse effects.Conclution:Heumatism Prescriptions mixture can significantly improve Syndrome of Knee osteoarthritis of Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome type in patients with clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory datas.In the process of clinical trials, Heumatism Prescriptions mixture is not found any side effect and adverse reactions,which is the safe and effective drugs to treatment for Knee osteoarthritis of Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome type.
