Duhuojisheng Mixture In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective :In clinical we use Duhuojisheng mixture treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis,to observe the clinical efficacy and safety.According to a randomized clinical trial of observation group,oral prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with Duhuojisheng mixture(treatment group)and simple oral western medicine group(control group)for osteoarthritis pain,joint function and improvement of TCM syndrome,and through the detection in serum of patients with C-reactionprotein(hs-CRP),interleukin-1(IL-1)concentration changes both before and after the treatment,evaluation of Duhuojisheng mixture in the clinical treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis efficacy and safety.Methods :Methods 60 cases of liver and kidney deficiency patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into groups.Focus on the control group,as well as the treatment group of patients with KOA blood hs-CRP,IL-1 changes in laboratory indicators and knee joint pain,joint function and improve the symptoms of TCM.After the data were collected,the statistical results were analyzed by SPSS 21 statistical software.Results :There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,body mass index(BMI)and knee X-ray score between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05)in the final sample of the total of the 60 patients enrolled in the study.After the end of treatment,the effective rate of two group,the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05);the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,WOMAC score and hs-CRP,IL-1concentrations were decreased,the difference was significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).As can be seen in the relief of pain,improve joint function,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The two groups before and after treatment WBC,Hb,ALT,AST,Cr,BUN had no significant change(P>0.05),the two groups had no obvious side effect,good safety.Conclusion :Through the analysis of the total sample size,we can see that the incidence of liver and kidney deficiency type KOA has an important relationship with age,sex and body mass index,KOA predilection in the elderly population,the number of women was significantly higher than that of men,and there was a certain relationship between body weight and knee osteoarthritis.Duhuojisheng mixture can effectively control the clinical symptoms of liver and kidney deficiency type KOA patients,relief of knee pain,improve function,has combined with western medicine treatment effect is more significant.No obvious side effect of Duhuojisheng mixture and treatment,high safety.
