Purpose and significance:Yunnan Province is cencentrated distribution area of the Aconitum plants.(There are nearly about66varieties,25variations and4variants.) the Aconitum plants resources are very abundant. Some physiological activity have been demonstrated in clinic. The ingredient which is Bulleyaconitine A, a kind of non-addictive analgesic drug, have been used to act on the peripheral nervous system. The Aconitum bulleyanum Diels are the traditional application plants,belong to the same plant with the Aconitum bulleyanum diels.In order to understand and develop resources of Aconitum bulleyanum Diels deeply. The subject preliminarily studied the pharmacognosy, chemical composition and pharmacology of Aconitum bulleyanum Diels root. The focus on this species is the study in chemical composition of alkaloids.Method:1Study the pharmacognosy about the Aconitum bulleyanum Diels root,using the methods as follow.sources identification,appearances and characters indentification,microscopic identification.2Using solvent extraction,alumina colum chromatography and solica gel column chromatography to separate the chemical composition of compound. According to the physicochemical constants and modern spectrum analysis technology to indentificate the structure.3The pharmacological activity and toxicity test experiments were carrying out on the three ingredients:Foresaconitine, Bulleyaconitine A and Yunaconitine, by adopting the corresponding pharmacological experiments.Result:The roots of Aconitum bulleyanum Diels are inverted conical and cyllndrical,their surfaces are from brown to black brown,with fine wrinkles,the sections are sallow.Different part of cross-sections have different shape of vasculsar bundles.This paper chooses the methods of sources identification,appearannces and characters indentification,microscopic identification to study the pharmacognosy about Aconitum bulleyanum Diels root,especially doing further research on the chemical composition.Seven compounds have isolated from this plant.The modern spectrum technology and physicochemical constants have indentificated their structures,they are deterpenoid allcaloids,as follow:franchetine(1)、crassicaudine(2)、foresaconitine(3)、 chasmaconitine(4)、bulleyaconitine A(5)、yunaconitine(6)、(3-Sitosterol(7),included the:franchetine(1)、crassicaudine(2)、foresaconitine(3)、chasmaconitine(4)、bulleya-conitine A(5)、(3-Sitosterol(7) are the first isolated from the plant.Foresaconitine, Bulleyaconitine A and Yunaconitine have effects of analgesic and anti-inflammatory, Yunaconitine have a possibility of inhibiting non-specific immune function, On the other hand, Foresaconitine may have opposite effect. All of three alkaloids are toxic,with Yunaconitine toxicity strongest, Bulleyaconitine A and Foresaconitine lower.
