Objective1. Applying chromosome short tandem repeat sequence (STR)polymorphism analysis zygotic type of hydatidiform mole;2. Investigate the relationship between malignant transformation andFertilization types of hydatidiform mole.Methods1.150cases of pathological diagnosis for the pathology of wax hydatidiformmole organization obtained form the Hadian Maternal&Child Health Hospitaland First Hospital Medical University of Liaoning,the pure trophoblastic cells ofHM were obtained by Laser capture micro-dissection (LCM),DNA wereobtained by Trace genomic DNA sample extraction kit;All the specimens wereexamined by multiplex STR—PCR, then to determine the fertilization types ofHM;2. Judge whether malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole through thetracking patients after uterine apoxesis blood human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) Results1. Genetics complete hydatidiform mole s, with DNA from only paternalorigin, were observed in86case including56homozygote and30heterozygotecase. In homozygote and heterozygote case, malignant transformation occurredin11case of the empty eggs fertilized by single sperms and4by double spermsrespectively;2. In all the126hydatidiform moles,40cases of DNA from parents weregenetic partial hydatidiform moles, and1case malignant transformationoccurred in each haploidy egg fertilized by double sperm.Conclusions1. The results suggested that short tandem repeats polymorphisms candetermine the fertilization types of HM;2. Genetics complete hydatidiform moles showed a higher malignanttransformation risk than genetic partial hydatidiform moles (P<0.05);There wasno significant difference in malignant transformation between homozygote andheterozygote of g-CHM(P>0.05). |
