Background Gestational Trophoblast Disease(GTD) is actually a group of several diseases that is harmful to woman's health,it is high incidence in our country. The early prediction of hydatidiform mole(HM)malignant tendency is a troublesome problem.The chemotherapy of GTD can lower the patients' immune function,even have the complication and result in about 3%~10% patients death. Therefor,it's very importment to enhance the patients' immune function and relieve the side effect during chemotherapy. Objective To study the molecular genetics of hydatidiform mole to find the effective marker of predicting canceration ; To explore the different data of the immune status, blood picture ,hepanic and renal function (before and after chemotherapy )during the traditional Chinese medicine QDY clinical application;To investigate the immune mechanism of QDY to the chemotherapy patients' attenuation to toxicity and enhance the effect, to provide the theory and experiment evidence so as to guide the clinical treatment and enhance the effect.Methods 1.By multi-PCR and PAGE Binding silver staining technique, determinating the source of DNA of hydatidiform mole tissue and peripheral blood from the couple; 2.By ELISA, detecting the level of Fβ-HCG, HCG, β-HCG of GTD patients' blood serum; 3.By colour Doppler blood flow imaging(CDBFI) and pulse Doppler(PD) method Observing hydatidiform mole patients uterus muscles hemodynamics parameters and the change of myometrium blood sinusoid screenage;4.By flow cytometry, Analysis of simple chemotherapy group(5Fu+KSM) and union chemotherapy group (QDY +5Fu+KSM),the changes of the cell immune marker, blood picture,Liver and kidney value before and after chemotherapy.Results 41 cases HM are accurately determinated the source of DNA by molecular genetics technique.
