Objective:To investigate the feasibility and effect of autologous transplantation in the nose plastic surgery.Method:To extract cartilage tragus from18newly deceased head, using polygon area measurement software to measure the length, size, and circumference of each cartilage tragus, applying statistical methods to calculate the average area coverage and to determine whether the area coverage has any clinical value. And to collect the result of20cases of tragus nose plastic surgery by adopting the patient’s own cartilage tragus.Result:After one months of close observation, the tragus cartilage grafts has successfully integrated into and become one part of the nose. There is no obvious scar or any deformation at the ministry tragus,Conclusion:Autologous cartilage tragus is relatively good grafts material for rhinoplasty and it generates good after surgery effect. It is suitable to be used as the auxiliary graft material for nose surgery and certainly worth to be promoted in clinical application.
