Fritillaria ussuriensis,it is dry bulb of perennial herbage Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim in Liliaceae and its bulb is used as medicine. The Fritillaria is used to antitussive, eliminate pHlegm, and relieve asthma and anti-ulcer. The main chemical composition is steroidal alkaloids. Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim has high market share because of its strong fecundity, but the brief history of cultivation and the lack of superior varieties are the main influencing factors to industrial development.In this paper, it studies the chemical composition in Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim grain-TongHua area of different pHenotypes of Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim (green stem and leaf,purple stem and leaf, purple stem and green leaf) and different harvest time(Seeding stage, Smoke stem exhibition leaf period, Bud period, Efflorescence, Parasitization), the main botany and chemical characteristics, purpose is to provide theoretical basis for breeding.Researches the antioxidant activity and the antibacterial activity of total alkaloids. The relevant research conclusion as follows:1、Plant characteristics, green stem and leaf Main local planting types leaf narrow and thin, stem slender and green, purple stem and leaf, the dark purple leaf width and thickness; purple stem and green leaf, leaf Narrow and thin and The stem is fine for presenting the purple.2、It determines the polysaccharide contents of Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim in different pHenotypes of type and different harvest time with UV spectropHotometer. It concludes that the polysaccharide contents in Fritillaries of purple stems and green leaf is higher than other pHenotypes, and it is23.6%.Statistical analysis of the difference was not significant (P>0.05).The polysaccharide content in fruiting period is higher than other growing season. Purple stem and green leaf polysaccharide the highest content is24.45%, green stem and leaf the polysaccharide the lowest content is23.39%.3、It determines the reducing sugar contents of Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim in different pHenotypes of type and different harvest time with DNS. It concludes that the reducing sugar contents in Fritillaril of purple stems and green leaves is higher than other manifestations, it is1.157%. Statistical analysis of the difference was not significant (P>0.05).The reducing sugar contents in fruiting period and florescence is higher than other growing season.4、It determines the total saponins contents of Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim in different pHenotypes of type and different harvest time with gravimetric method. It concludes that the total saponins contents in Fritillaria of purple stems and purple leaves is higher than other pHenotypes, it is1.32%. Statistical analysis of the difference was not significant (P>0.05) The total saponins contents shows a growth trend from infancy to florescence,and it has the highest contents in florescence. The Purple stem and leaf Fritillaria content total saponins the highest, it is1.21%.5、It determines the total alkaloids contents of Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim in different pHenotypes of type and different harvest time. It concludes that the total alkaloids contents in Fritillaria of purple stems and green leaves is highest,it is0.1836%, and green stems and green leaf is lowest, it is0.1702%. Statistical analysis of the difference was not significant (P>0.05).Different harvest time Fritillaria the total alkaloids in efflorescence and parasitization the highest, purple stem and green leaf is the highest, it is0.1545%and0.1532%.6、It determines the peimine and peiminine contents of Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim in different pHenotypes with HPLC method. It concludes that the Fritillaria of purple stems and green leaf has highest peimine and peiminine contents; it is0.0228%,0.0293%. Statistical analysis of the difference was not significant (P>0.05)7、It compares the antioxidant activity of total alkaloids in Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim of different pHenotypes. It concludes that they all have good antioxidant ability in vitro and the total alkaloids in Fritillaria of purple stems and green leave has better than other pHenotypes on DPPH radical, eliminating superoxide anion, hydroxyl radicaland the reduction.8、It compares the antibacterial activity of total alkaloids in Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim of different pHenotypes of type. It concludes that the total alkaloids in Fritillaria of different pHenotypes of type are all have good antibacterial activity. The Fritillaria of purple stems and purple leaves has better antibacterial activity than other types, and the concentration of antibacterial to stapHylococcus-aureus of the total alkaloids is5mg/mL, to E.coli is5mg/mL.
