There are about 60 species of Fritillaria in the Liliaceae,which are mainly distributed in the temperate regions of the northern hemisphere,especially the Mediterranean region,North America and central Asia.Alkaloids are the main components of Fritillaria plants,which mainly include steroidal alkaloids and isosteroid alkaloids.In addition,Fritillaria plants also contain flavonoids,coumarins,cerebrosides,amino γ-butene lactones,and polysaccharides,Cyclic peptides and other ingredients,have a variety of pharmacological activities such as antitussive,expectorant,antibacterial,antiviral,anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-diabetic,cholinesterase inhibition and anti-tumor.In order to elucidate the material basis and pharmacological activity data of the anti-Alzheimers disease of Fritillaria przewalskii Maxim,this paper separates,purifies and identifies the chemical components of the bulbs of Fritillaria przewalskii Maxim.Finally,11 compounds were obtained,which are Przewalskine A(1),Przewalskine B(2),Walujewine A(3),Sinpeinine A(4),Ebeiedinone(5),Peimisine(6),4-Methoxycinnamic acid(7),Linoleic acid(8),Ferulic acid triglyceride(9),Methyl hopantenate(10),Daucosterol(11),Among them,Przewalskine A(1)and Przewalskine B(2)are new compounds,and compound(10)is the second compound discovered in nature.The experimental results show that most compounds have inhibitory effects on ACh E and BCh E.Compounds(3),(4)and(5)have good ACh E inhibitory activity and compounds(1),(2),(4),(5),(6)and(10)have certain BCh E inhibitory activity,respectively.Among the isosteroidal alkaloids,compounds(3)and(6)are jervaninetype alkaloids,and compounds(1),(2),(4)and(5)are cevanine-type alkaloids.From the above table,we can find that the ACh E inhibitory activity of compound(1)is weaker than that of(5),which may be due to N→O bonds are not conducive to ACh E binding.At the same time,compared with compound(2),the steric configuration of compound(1)is more favorable for inhibiting the activity of cholinesterase,and the inhibitory activity of compound(4)on BCh E is stronger than that of galantamine.Phenylpropionic acid-kind compounds(7)and(9),carotenoids-kind compound(11)and linoleic acid-kind compound(8)have little activity on cholinesterase.Compound(10)has a certain inhibitory activity on both ACh E and BCh E.The cholinesterase activity test experiment of the above 11 compounds in Fritillaria przewalskii Maxim can provide a certain scientific basis for the in-depth study of Fritillaria przewalskii Maxim,and also provide a foundation for the in-depth study of Fritillaria przewalskii Maxim.
