And the thorough cleaning is thepremise of operation instruments qualified sterilization, thorough cleaning anddisinfection and sterilization are equally important, incomplete cleaning will affect theefficacy of disinfection and sterilization. But because domestic hospitals is different,different conditions, operation instrument cleaning and disinfection and sterilizationmethods are also different. The Ministry of health regulations in the big principlegives provisions, but the specific implementation there are a variety of methods,therefore, we will evaluate all kinds of operation equipment cleaning and sterilizationmethods characteristics and effect of cleaning operation, quality control, so that thecleaning quality continues to improve.Objective: Explore four different cleaning methods for different kinds of instrumentcleaning contrast, find suitable for different types of equipment cleaning method forthe best, for equipment loss minimum, but also can reduce the cleaning step, reducecost. And use it to guide the operation instrument cleaning, sterilization, and thuseffective prevention and control of iatrogenic infection, ensure medical safety.Methods: We will Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University operation room from2010to2011, recovery after operation for processing equipment, is divided intoordinary equipment, precision instruments, endoscopic instruments and other threegroups, as compared to a variety of methods for cleaning effect, divided into purehand washing, hand washing, hand wash++enzyme bubble Bubble+ultrasonicwash, enzyme machine wash four groups, using visual method, the occult blood testmethod, test3M cleaning rod test such as the three methods of operation equipmentcleaning quality evaluation; for comparison of different sterilization methods on the effectiveness and usage, divided into high temperature and high pressure sterilization,2%glutaraldehyde immersion method, low temperature hydrogen peroxide gasplasma sterilization three groups under study.Results: The use of visual method for evaluation of common instruments, endoscopicequipment, precision instruments of various cleaning method effect, four groups ofcleaning methods for qualification rate difference, washing machines and hand wash+enzyme Bubble+ultrasonic wash group qualified rate was significantly higher thanthat of pure hand washing and hand wash+enzyme bubble group, the occlusalsurface and the shaft section than the surface low pass rate.
