Randomized, Controlled Clinical Study On Pre-medication Method In Treating The Primary Dysmenorrhea Of The Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objectives:In this study, through randomized、controlled clinical trials,objective evaluate the efficacy and safety of the professor Yang Jialim’s pre-medication in treating primary dysmenorrhea (qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:This study is the preliminary trials.Use the experimental methods of random and control, we collected a total of60cases in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria from the gynecology clinic of the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from2013July to2014February. Then randomly divided them into3groups(premenstrual medication group of21cases, menstrual medication group of23cases, vacuity contrast group of16cases).The premenstrual medication group took the intelligent Chinese medicine granules(Jinling sini siwu shixiao decoction),day one, blunt, three times a day, started taking3days before each menstrual cramps and taking6days for each menstruation; the menstrual medication group took the intelligent Chinese medicine granules(Jinling sini siwu shixiao decoction),day one, blunt, three times a day, started taking the first days of each menstrual cramps and taking6days for each menstruation; the blank control group were not treated with any other related with the therapeutic effect of this disease. Three menstrual cycles to one course of treatment, evaluate the efficacy and safety of the pre-medication in treating primary dysmenorrhea (qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Results:(1)After the3menstrual cycles treatment, compared the patients’ VAS score, the total time integral of the symptoms of dysmenorrheal attacked, the symptoms of dysmenorrhea average severity scores to improve the situation. The premenstrual medication group is more significantly improved than the menstrual medication group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant; the premenstrual medication group is more significantly improved than the blank control group (P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant; the menstrual medication group is more significantly improved than the blank control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.(2) The comparison of the comprehensive curative effect:the efficiency of the premenstrual medication group was85.71%, the efficiency of the menstrual medication group was73.91%, the blank control group was37.5%. Compared the premenstrual medication group and the menstrual medication group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant; compared the premenstrual medication group and the blank control group (P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant; he difference between the menstrual medication and the blank control group(P<0.05) was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1) Jinling sini siwu shixiao decoction in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome) has obvious curative effect, can significantly improve patients by the line of abdominal pain, low back pain and other symptoms of dysmenorrheal,can improve the poor line and other related syndrome.(2)The clinical curative effect of the pre-medication in treating primary dysmenorrhea (qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome) is better than that the menstrual medication, and the clinical application of safe, effective, no adverse reactions, can be researched further in expanding the sample.
