Clinical Therapeutic Effect Of Kangfuxinve In Treatment Of Anal Fistula Incision Healing Slowly

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxinye in treatment of Anal Fistula incision healing slowlyMethods:40cases coformed the inclusion criteria to patients with anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group of20cases,20cases in the control group, test group use the kangfuxinye gauze fistula incision in the control group conventional Lithospermum gauzefilling fistula incision,1time per day.Observing the Wound exudate; the degree of pain; the growth of granulation extent; maximum longitudinal diameter and the diameter of indicators, and ratings. SPSS13.0package analysis and processing of information.Results:Before treatment, there were Statistical analysisno significant differences in gender, age, type and wound size between the two groups. Treatment results were as follows:(1) The situation of wound secretions:the first21days after treatment, the integrals of the experimental group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the first5,14days points after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(2)The growth of situation of granulation tissue:After treatment,15,21days of the integral comparison test group than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);5days points after treatment, no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3) The situation of wound pain:the first14and21days of treatment points the experimental group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The treatment for5days of points, the difference between the two groups not statistically significant (P>0.05).(4)The situation of wound size two groups after three weeks of treatment,the integral comparison test group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) (5) The total effect of the two groups after three weeks of treatment:two sets of outcome measures,there was no statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The kangfuxinye can effectively promote the anal fistula wo und to heal slowly, shorten healing time, relieve pain, reduce secretions and di scomfort, disease and physical symptoms.
