Analysis On TCM Pattern Distribution And Related Factors Of Women With Spontaneous Abortion After Earthquake

Objective:By means of doing questionnaire survey on" Pattern distribution of women with spontaneous abortion after earthquake"from voluntary women with spontaneous abortion from some parts of the harder-hit area after"5-12Wen Chuan earthquake",this research is trying to preliminarily explore Traditional Chinese Pattern distribution and related factors of women with spontaneous abortion after earthquake,and thus to apply it into the prevention of spontaneous abortion women and provide epidemiology data support for TCM gynecology clinic treatment and syndrome differentiation and scientific research.Method:Making well-defined questionnaire based on the previous pilot study and with reference from experts,applying clinic epidemiology investigation method,interview with and do one-to-one inquiry with the voluntary women according with the post-earthquake spontaneous abortion standard at certain harder-hit area from May,2010to February,2012.There are totally60effective cases chosen after selecting strictly according to the inclusion&exclusion standard from all the materials collected.Then input all the required effective questionnaires into computer through EpiData software and therefore build a data base.After analysing the data by SPSS13.0statistic software,adopting frequency analysis,cluster analysis,and χ2examining method,the results are all examined by bilateral probability.If P<0.05,we consider it as the existence of difference which has a statistic meaning.Results:1.Among the60investigated and effective cases of women with spontaneous abortion after earthquake,their age concentrating from40to44,the average age is about40.98±3.29,mainly are middle age women.2.There are60women with post-earthquake spontaneous abortion investigated in our research.appeared15cases with normal menstruation,about25.00%;33of them are with scanty menstruation,about55.00%;8cases with profuse menstruation,about13.33%. 3.Among the60post-earthquake spontaneous abortion women cases,spontaneous abortion84times.Discussed by stage,early miscarriage before earthquake appeared0times,late miscarriage appeared1time,about1.1%;early miscarriage after earthquake appeared75times,about89.29%;late miscarriage appeared8times,about10.71%.While discussed by the disease type,missed abortion appeared46times,about54.76%;complete abortion appeared19times,about22.62%.4.Among the60post-earthquake spontaneous abortion women cases,kidney-deficiency pattern is the most common ones among simple patterns.kidney-deficiency and liver-depression pattern is the most common one among the complex types.From the perspective of deficiency and excess,deficiency complication is the most common one.5.Among the60post-earthquake spontaneous abortion women,the clinic common patterns are interdependent with and unrelated to age、menarche age、post-earthquake menstrual conditions、times of pregnancies、the distribution of post-earthquake early miscarriage.Conclusion:This research has investigated totally60cases of post-earthquake spontaneous abortion and voluntary women.Deficiency-excess complication is the most common pattern;while kidney-deficiency pattern is the most common one among simple patterns;kidney-deficiency and live-depression pattern is the most common one among the complex types;clinic common syndrome distribution is unrelated to age、 menarche age、menstrual conditions after earthquake、times of pregnancies、the distribution of post-earthquake early miscarriage.
