The Physical Investigation And Analysis Of Relevant Factors Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Women

Purpose:?By clinical investigations in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion, to explore the relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortion and the physical type,the susceptible physique of recurrent spontaneous abortion and its relevant factors.According to the findings, we could apply effective precautions to control?the incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Method: Follow the clinical epidemiological research methods, we designed a unified physical questionnaire, general factors questionnaire and psychological questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey separately on recurrent spontaneous abortion patients and healthy women of childbearing age. Results: Through the clinical investigation, we found that most of the patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were yang-deficiency physique and qiyu physique,but most of the healthy women of childbearing age were moderate physique. Yang-deficiency physique and qiyu physique in recurrence spontaneous abortion patients are accounted for 35% and 28%, that is significantly higher than that in healthy women of childbearing age. So yang-deficiency physique and qiyu physique are the susceptible physique of recurrent spontaneous abortion.With the increasing number of abortion,the proportions of yang-deficiency physique and qiyu physique has reduced, but the proportions of qi-deficiency physique and yin-deficiency physique has increased. So the number of abortion has a given effect on physical type. We also found that psychological factors, individual characters and the history of induced abortion were closely related to physical type.Conclusion: Patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion have a unique type of physical distribution.The incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion is related to physical fitness,psychological factors,individual characters ,the history of induced abortion and other factors closely. Physique is adjustable, so to take appropriate precautions against the susceptible physique will be an effective way to prevent the incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion.
