Objective:According to the retrospective method,to explore the effectiveness of acupuncture and rehabilitation for treating postaperative dysfunction of the fracture patients in5.12earthquake by collect medical record.Methods:There were179cases divided into the treatment group and the control group.all the cases were the fracture patients injured in5.12earthquake.We treated the treatment group with acupuncture and rehabilitation.and the control group with nothing.We evaluated the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture and rehabilitation for treating postaperative dysfunction of the fracture patients in5.12earthquake by the single symptom scale.as well as general information,the ROM,the muscle strength.the index of pain,the ADL. Do the statistical analysis by SPSS16.0.Result:1.To compare the base line conditions:①The two groups had similar baseline.could observe comparable (P>0.05).②The control group was superior to the treatment group in index of symptoms,VAS,ROM,muscle strength and the ADL.2.To compare the comprehensive effect:The comprehensive effect of treatment group was superior to the control group.there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).3.To compare the ADL:①The ADL of the treatment group was superior to the control group,there were significant differences between two groups (P <0.05).②The ADL in both groups had a striking improvement after treatment (P<0.05).4.To compare the index of pain:①The treatment group was superior to the control group in the index of pain,there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).②The index of pain in both groups had a striking improvement after treatment (P<0.05).5. To compare the muscle strength:①The treatment group was superior to the control group in the muscle strength,there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).②The muscle strength in both groups had a striking improvement after treatment (P<0.05).6.To compare the ROM:The ROM in both groups had a striking improvement after treatment (P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in the ROM.Conclusion:1.The acupuncture and rehabilitation had effectiveness on treating postaperative dysfunction of the fracture patients in5.12earthquake.2.The acupuncture and rehabilitation was significantly superior to improve the ADL.3.The acupuncture and rehabilitation was significantly superior to impove the VAS.ROM and the muscle strength.
