Each medicine according to original source character taste efficacy clinical applications, Modern pharmacology, clinical research. Will this traditional and modern medicine on this kind of medicine of record, comparison research. Result of Cells in vitro studies:After treated with the four different sources of Szechuan-fritillary Bulb for48and72hours, MTT assay showed the dose range from10mg/L-150mg/L had the inhibitory ratio range from5%-92%. IC50of the Szechuan-fritillary Bulb to A549in72h were50mg/L,62mg/L,66mg/L,76mg/L respectively; The dose-effect relationship and time-effect relationship were described in the growth curve; The characteristic morphology typical for the four different sources Szechuan-fritillary Bulb were observed under fluorescent inverted microscope.
