| Objective This article collects the literatures on the treatment of lung cancer by TCM phlegm treatment in the past 20 years,sorts out the types of phlegm treatment for lung cancer,the types of phlegm medicines and the prescriptions of the prescriptions,and provides the syndrome differentiation ideas for clinical application of phlegm treatment for lung cancer Provide reference for clinical medicine.Methods The frequency analysis was used as the main method.The literatures of domestcally published phlegm treatment for lung cancer in the past20 years were selected from the database.A total of 178 articles were read and selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria.A total of 235 prescriptions were collected.Finally,the included prescriptions were entered into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform for statistical analysis and the corresponding laws were summarized.Results It has been found through research that the current phlegm treatment for lung cancer has the following characteristics:1.The main treatment methods for phlegm treatment for lung cancer are Yiqi Huatan 89 times,spleen and phlegm 40 times,stasis and phlegm 53 times,cold phlegm 22 times,Nourishing Yin and reducing phlegm 12 times,clearing heat and reducing phlegm 19 times.2.The types of syndromes of phlegm treatment for lung cancer are roughly divided into phlegm-stasis-blood-blood and blood-association syndromes 56 times,qi-deficiency phlegm-turbidity syndrome 28 times,yin-deficiency phlegm-heat syndrome 25 times,spleen deficiency phlegm obstruction syndrome 22 times,phlegm phlegm obstruction syndrome 21 times,Cold phlegm blocking lung syndrome 18,qi stagnation phlegm blocking syndrome 16 times,qi deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome 14 times,phlegm heat stagnation lung syndrome 10 times,wind phlegm blocking lung syndrome 5 times,of which phlegm and blood stasis syndrome occupy the main position.3.Medication rules:(1)Commonly used drugs for phlegm removal,the top 10are: Poria,Fritillaria,Astragalus,Fried Atractylodes,Chenpi,Codonopsis,Platycodon,French Pinellia,Melon,Licorice.(2)Statistics of phlegm-reducing drugs for four gases,756 times for warm medicine,537 times for cold medicine,764 times for cold medicine,137 times for cold medicine,and 10 times for heat medicine.(3)Statistics of five flavors of phlegm-removing drugs,1208 times for sweet medicine,1197 times for bitter medicine,753 times for spicy medicine,53 times for sour medicine,71 times for salty medicine and 74 times for astringent medicine.(4)Statistics of phlegm-reducing meridian,1307 times for lung meridian,1026 times for spleen,650 times for heart,586 times for liver,823 times for stomach and 347 times for kidney.(5)Analysis of 15 combinations of data based on the association rule analysis of the rule of prescription,a total of 9medicines,the highest frequency is Poria-Atractylodes,the highest confidence is Astragalus,stir-friedAtractylodes->Poria,thehighestcorrelatio is Astragalus-Sheng South Star,draw 5 new side.Conclusion1.The method of nourishing qi and nourishing yin and resolving phlegm is acommon method for treating lung cancer.Qi and yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndromes are common types of lung cancer.It reflects the pathogenesis characteristics of righteousness and deficiency of lung cancer patients and highlights the concept of righteousness and dispel evil.2.In the treatment of lung cancer,the method of resolving phlegm should pay attention to replenishing the spleen and kidney,dispersing liver and dispersing spleen,and coexisting sputum and stasis.The drug should be used in combination with cold and warm.The combination is "Astragalus-Shengnanxing".3.The five new rules of law are:(1)Clearing heat and resolving phlegm,dispersing tongluo;(2)warming lung and resolving phlegm,Xuanbi analgesia;(3)lowering qi and resolving phlegm,relieving phlegm,relieving collaterals;(4)removing phlegm and removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain;(5)Nourishing yin and clearing heat,dissipating phlegm;... |
