Experimental Study On Microwave Ablation Combined With Endostar Therapy For VX2Transplantation Tumor

ObjectiveBy treating rabbit transplantation tumor with the microwave ablation and Endostar,microwave ablation only or the Endostar only to compare the treatment efficacy of thethree Methods.Methods①produced New Zealand white rabbits VX2muscle transplantation tumor model byinjecting VX2organizations suspension to the left thigh muscle.②randomly divided60rabbit muscle xenograft model into: A: Microwave ablation group (15, treating with themicrowave ablation); group B: Endostar group (15, inject Endostar0.75mg/Kg for twoweeks);Group C: microwave ablation combined with Endostar group (20, treating withthe microwave ablation and use Endostar0.75mg/Kg injection two weeks); Group D:control group (10, no treatment and only observed).③observed the weight and tumorvolume change of each group of rabbits. Calculate the survival rate of three months of eachgroup of rabbits. Groups of rabbits after the death of three months to execute andobserved the Transfer rate of the distant organ.ResultWeight (1)The third month or The time of death, the weight of four groups aredifferent degrees of decline in the first month, The weight of the four groups of animalswas no significant difference.the second month, the Weight of control group were lowerthan the microwave ablation group and endostar group. the Weight of endostar group. thethird month the Weight of Endostar group were lower than microwave ablation group andmicrowave ablation combined with Endostar group. the Weight of microwave ablationgroup were lower than microwave ablation combined with Endostar group.②The firstand second month, the volumes of the tumor of theMicrowave ablation group, Endostar group, microwave ablation combined with Endostar group are less than the control group.the first,second,third month,the volumes of the tumor of the microwave ablation combinedwith Endostar group are less than Endostar group.Ablation group was no significantdifference with microwave ablation combined with Endostar group.③Three-monthsurvival rate of microwave ablation treatment group, the Endostar group, the combinedtreatment group and control group were86.7%(13/15),46.7%(7/15),90.0%(18/20),0%(0/10); transfer rate of3months were53.3%(8/15),60.0%(9/15),15.0%(3/20),100%(10/10).ConclusionThe intravenous injection of Endostar can inhibit rabbit VX2tumor growth.Thesimple ablation and after ablation combined Endostar therapy can be very good control oflocal tumor growth, combination therapy may be more effective than simple ablation inreducing tumor metastasis rate.The simple ablation and after ablation combined Endostartherapy (short term intravenous) on animal survival was no difference in statistics.
