Research On Opertaional Situation And Development Strategy For A Military Hospital

ObjectivesBy analyzing the operating status of a military hospital to explore the existing problems, Analysis source of the problems and find solutions to promote the healthy development of the hospital.MethodsLiterature review:clarify the main ploicies for military hospital development; Medical institution survey:review the medical situation; Questionnaire investigation: find out military hospital statusby medical staff questionnaire survey and feedback from patients; Qualitative interviews:find out medical staffs’understanding Interview with3retireddirectors of or vice-president and14previous medical staffs transferred to local hospitals after year2000to find the problems with military hospital. Data analysis methods:1.Using inductive analysis of the hospital staff describe the various positions;2.through descriptive and analytical statistical methods for quantitative analysis of relevant data.ResultsWe foud out that main policies influence the development of military hospitals, especially small and medium military hospitals.The3rd disarmament policy reduced compilation of small and median military hospitals and local medical reform restricted patients visits to small and median military hospitals. By evaluating the operating status of the military hospital, we found that there are some main problems:1.the hospital facilities are backward, health services limited capacity;2. the hospital business volume decreased significantly, overall competitiveness is not strong;3.staff of the hospital overall operation of satisfaction is not high, lack of reasonable;4.hospital human resource management method. Aimed at the problem of existence, discussed in the army hospital in strengthening the human resources management, the adoption of scientific management on the hospital core competitiveness, focus on the hospital culture construction, strengthen the construction of medical ethics, to establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and promote the healthy development of hospital.ConclusionBy analysis the problems of military hospitals, we foud that improved human resource management will promote the medical staffs enthusiasm for work, bring more economic and social benefits and improve patients satisfaction.
