Objective Through reverse spots hybrid technology and microfluidic technology on purposegene sequence analysis to determine the bird flu virus subtype pathogenic H5force that thechange of high and low and pathogenic, This is helpful for the monitoring and control ofvirus,reduce the harm of the spread of the virus.Methods Through the use of hybrid technology and reverse spots microfluidic technologyin microfluidic chip set up the bird flu virus subtype H5test methods.Results To H5bird flu virus subtype RNA as a template, RT-PCR amplification,amplification sequencing result in product on Gen Bank BLAST analysis, and Gen Bankannounced on H5N1strain of the comparison. It is expected that the subtypes of amplificationclips for specific segments, and get a biotin mark purpose extract, then determines hybridtechnology and reverse spots microfluidic technology of the bird flu virus subtype H5testing.And the results obtained with both methods are compared. At the same time for based onmicrofluidic chip technology on bird flu virus subtype specificity of detection method H5forverification.Inclusion The research has successfully built up a hybrid technology using reverse spotsand microfluidic technology of H5bird flu virus subtypes of detection method, and thismethod has simple operation, flexible fast, cheap, features of the bird flu virus H5subtypes offast detection provides a new method, it has wide application and development prospect.
