Cell detection as a medical detection method has been widely used in the field of human health management and disease diagnosis.In the light of the problems in the traditional cell detection instrument of large volume,high cost,difficult to operate,we will combination of CMOS image sensors and microfluidic technology,developed a new type of experimental cell detection system.The analysis and processing of the cell image is the key to ensure the performance of the cell detection system.It has important significance to study the segmentation and tracking method of the cell image.According to the analysis of the characteristics of cell image of low resolution based on CMOS image sensor and a micro fluidic technology cell detection experiment system,proposed cell detection segmentation algorithm based on background difference method,the improved CAMSHIFT cells tracking algorithm and cell counting algorithm,and the simulation of each algorithm is realized.This system collects the image with a fixed background,micro channel cells arranged in neat rows and the characteristics of mutual adhesion.Therefore,cell segmentation algorithm firstly,background modeling,differential frames,then is divided into frames for OTSU thresholding and morphological analysis to difference,finally,connected region analysis,box set of cells,and segmentation of cells in the micro channel image.Cell tracking using improved CAMSHIFT tracking algorithm,combine the background difference algorithm and CAMSHIFT tracking algorithm,achieve the target model in detecting cell segmentation results obtained automatically,thus avoiding the step of manual calibration target model,finally,the motion trajectory of single target cells can be identified in the micro channel image.Cell counting algorithm using the method of adding polymer sink in micro channel,according to the image motion velocity and the distance in micro channel drops and cells to calculate.Based on the structural characteristics of CMOS image sensor and a micro fluidic technology cells test system,on the basis of existing research on learning cell image processing algorithm,the cell images collected by the experimental system were analyzed,designed the cell segmentation,tracking and counting algorithm,and the simulation is carried out on the Mat lab,which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.On this basis,the segmentation and tracking algorithm in OPENCV simulation and implementation,and the completion of cell count experiments.
