Objective:to study the difference of blood cells, blood fat, biochemical, gender, age, living habit of constitution in Chinese medicine patients with hypertension. Discusses primary hypertension, hypertension with hemorrhagic stroke or ischemic stroke patients’constitution in Chinese medicine characteristics and differences between each other. Discusses the influence factors on physical patients with hypertension, hypertension with hemorrhagic stroke or ischemic stroke patients each type of constitution different effects. Explore merger ischemic stroke patients with hypertension difference on neural function defect among different constitutions in acute.Methods:2010October-in November2011, a total of516cases of collection in hospital,including213patients with primary hypertension, hypertension with215patients with ischemic stroke, hypertension, with88patients with hemorrhagic stroke. All the cases to perform physical questionnaire survey, general demographic characteristics and record patients routine blood the next day, fasting lipid biochemical, hospital diabetes mellitus (DM) condition, the life habits situation, calculation of body mass index (BMI), with other internal organs of chronic disease, and stroke patients NIHSS, BI, MRS, SSS score. All cases each study factors and type of constitution relationship between the whole and the comparison group.Results:1, patients with hypertension, the main type of constitution for Yin deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine of145patients (28.1%), deficiency of qualitative104cases (20.2%), phlegm wet quality87cases (16.9%).2, hypertension patients between the type of constitution hemoglobin (RBC), total cholesterol (CHO), low density lipoprotein (LDL-H) have a statistics difference (p<0.05), serum albumin (ALB) in the critical value of statistics.
