Clinical Observation Of Jia Wei Bu Shen Zhi Dai Decoction In Preventing And Treating The Complications Of Cervical Erosion By External Microwave Treatment

Objective:To Study on improvement of Kidney Yin Deficiency symptoms, cervical ectropio microwave postoperative drainage,vaginal bleeding from cervical wound callus side and repair,this research would observe the preventive,therapeutic and safty effeet of Jia Wei Bu Shen Zhi Dai Decoction which from my tutor’experience on patients who are suffering from the complications caused by cervical erosion microwave surgery. Try to provide an objective basis for Jia Wei Bu Shen Zhi Dai Decoction.Methods:All60patients were selected by the diagnostic standard of cervical erosion of westernmedicine, and differentiation of syndromes in TCM it belonged to the type of Kidney Yin Deficiency.Then60patients were divided randomly into two groups with30in each:the treatment group was given Jia Wei Bu Shen Zhi Dai Decoction after the microwave,2weeks for a course of treatment.Control group after microwave has nothing treatment.Tow groups return once every two weeks after microwave.After tow months,study on the improvement of Kidney Yin Deficiency symptoms,cervical microwave postoperative drainage,vaginal bleeding from cervical wound callus and repair.Analysising of the efficacy of the drug, provide a clinical basis for the treatment of complications caused by cervical erosion microwave surgery.Results:1.Before the treatment,each group in age,course,the degree of cervical erosion,the total scores of TCM symptoms was no significant differences(P>0.05).2.From the observation of cervical erosion area recovery, two groups are not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The appearance and time of duration of vaginal fluid flow and bleeding of the treatment group is superior to the control group(P>0.05).4.The treatment group about improving the healing time compared with the control group is significant difference(P>0.05).5. The clinical TCM effective rate is96.67%in the treatment group,it is76.67%in the control group,efficiency of the treatment group is superior to the control group (P<0.05).There are significant difference between the total scores of symptoms before and after treatment of the two groups (P<0.05).It states that the tow groups can evidently improve the symptoms;There are significant difference between the two groups of the total scores of symptoms after treatment (P<0.05).Through the comparison of patients eatch TCM symptom score before and after the treatment, the color, quality of control group’s leucorrhea is improved,the others TCM symptoms were no significant differences;The treatment group can evidently improve the TCM symptoms,excepted dry mouth and lassitude symptoms.Conclusions:1.Jia Wei Bu Shen Zhi Dai Decoction can effectivly prevent and treat the complications of cervical erosion by external microwave treatment.2. Jia Wei Bu Shen Zhi Dai Decoction can accelerate wound healing.3.The Jia Wei Bu Shen Zhi Dai Decoction group can significantly improve patients with TCM symptoms.The method is simple and convenient. The compliance of patients are good.And also it has not yet found any side effects.
