| Purpose To observe the clinical effect and the safety of XiGuaShuang and NaMiYin on treating cervical erosion after microwave treatment.Method Divided randomly96patients into three groups, XiGuaShuang group, NaMiYin group and control group, each group of32cases. The forth two groups use XiGuaShuang or NaMiYin respectively in vaginal after microwave treatment and the control group only use microwave treatment, Compare follow-up three groups of patients after vaginal drainage, bleeding,duration and quantity, coagulant time, infection rate, compare the size of cervical erosion surface, the degree of inflammation and TCT before and after the treatment, to determine the therapeutic effect of the three groups.Results All the patients were found that the cervical wound fully healed after12weeks of review, the cure rate is100%. XiGuaShuang group, compares with the control group, postopreative vaginal dischange,bleeding time and volume and the wound healing time, the size of cervical erosion surface and the result of TCT are significant different (P<0.01); NaMiYin group compares with the control group, there is also significant different (P<0.01): XiGuaShuang group compares with NaMiYin group, P<0.05, there is different. There is no patient with infection in the process.Conclusions At present, the commonly therapeutic methods for cervical erosion are physiontherapy and drug treatment, and microwave is more and more widely used in clinical work. The effect of microwave treatment is relatively sure for cervical erosion, but there are lots of problems with more complications after operation. The study uses XiGuaShuang and NaMiYin to treat the chronic cervicit is, compares with the control group, both XiGuaShuang and NaMiYin can effectivly reduce the amount of vaginal dischange and blood, speed up the wound recovery time after microwave treatment. Between XiGuaShuang and NaMiYin, XiGuaShuan is better than the treatment effect of NaMiYin. They all have no side effects and should be widely applied. |
