Objectives:The high postoperative recurrence rate of anal fistula isrecognized by everybody,so a definite preoperative diagnosis of anal fistulahas a critical role to the choice of the mode of operation and thetreatment. This thesis is aimed to explore the correlation studies of B ultrasoundDiagnosis and Analfistula Operation, which will provide further reference forthe diagnosis and treatment of anal fistula, and provide clinical evidence forthe further development and research of B ultrasound in diagnosis of anorectaldisease.Methods:70anal fistula patients were randomly divided into experimentalgroup and control group,and35patients in each group. In the experimentalgroup,do the check of traditional examination and B ultrasonography, then thedoctor operated by the B ultrasound findings and his own clinical experi-ence;patients in the control group were operated only by the clinical mani-festations,the traditional examination and the doctorsËŠoperation experien-ce.Surgical methods of the two groups were almost the same, and differentsurgical methods were chosen according to the results of the inspection andpatientsËŠcondition (fistula depth, direction of travel, and fistula loca-tion).Calculated respectively the agreement of the judgment of the fistula, internal openings and the relationship between them and sphincter to theexplorative results of them in the operation in experimental group and controlgroup, and then analyze and evaluate its clinical value. Results:The agreement of the judgments of relationships among preope-rativefistula location, range, form, shape, branching and sphincter, and the internalopenings,to the explorative results in the operation in experimental group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion: The agreement of thejudgments of relationships among preoperative fistula location, range, form, shape, branching and sphincter, and the internal openings,to the explorativeresults in the operation in experimental group was higher than that of controlgroup. The results have proved that B ultrasound Diagnosis has importantcomplementary effects in clinical diagnosis and treatment, providing guidancefor analfistula operation.
