ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of comParing ginger-Partition moxibustion on Guanyuan Point with regular acuPuncture treatment of PostPartum lumbago, objective evaluation of ginger-Partition moxibustion on Guanyuan Point the clinical efficacy of the treatment of PostPartum lumbago, and to further exPlore treatment of ginger-Partition moxibustion on Guanyuan to PostPartum lumbago overcast quality of PostPartum lumbago mechanism in order to better guide the clinical aPPlication of PostPartum lumbago Patients to Provide a simPle, cost-effective treatment method.Methods1.Based on the strict diagnostic criteria, the exclusion and inclusion criteria, and evaluating criteria,40Patients of PostPartum lumbago from clinics of Provincival hosPital’s Maternity DePartmeng in our city were randomly divided into the treating grouP and the control grouP,20Patients in each grouP.2.The treating grouP was treated by ginger-Partition moxibustion on Guanyuan Point; and the fresh ginger slices thick0.3-0.4cm,Moxibustion of nine every other day,seven times for a course,and rest two days after a course,a total of three courses;The control grouP was treated by the routine acuPuncture, the main Point: BL23(Shenshu),BL25(Dachangshu),Pain Points.30minuts one time, Rotating the needle every10minutes during treatment, acuPuncture of one every other day, seven times for a course, a total of three courses. AcuPointing minor acuPoints by dialectical.3.Statistical analysis and data summary,using EPi Data sofeware for statistical analysis after treatment,and comPare the overall clinical efficacy, clinical symPtoms and signs effect, then to have an objective evaluation on clinical efficacy and safety.Results1.comparability testing:age, tyPe, severity,symPtoms, signs, tongue, Pulse in two grouP before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).2.Effect comparison:The two grouPs of Chinese medicine syndromes of two grouP.There was no statistically significant difference. The clinical curative rate of the test grouP was50%, markedly effective rate was30%, the effective rate of15%, the total effective rate of95%; clinical curative rate of the control grouP was45%, markedly effective rate was25%, the effective rate of20%, the total effective rate was90%.After rank sum test, two grouPs of Pain treatment was not statistically significant difference (P>0.05), indicating that the efficacy of the treatment by ginger-Partition moxibustion to PostPartum lumbago is quite similar with routine acuPuncture grouP.3.The symPtoms and signs of the total score showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) between the two grouPs before and after treatment;the two grouPs symPtoms and signs score of PostPartum lumbago after treatment, comparing with before treatment has statistically significant difference,the two grouPs Patients’ signs and symPtoms of PostPartum lumbago showed significant improvement after treatment; treatment grouP and control grouP of PostPartum lumbago have a theraPeutic effect.4.After treatment, clinical symPtoms:signs, dull Pain, Persistent fixed Pain, tiredness sedentary Pain increasing, day less and night more, waist tenderness strength, tender Point number, even and leg-numbness Pain, and waist functional activities, Tongue, Pulse,the rate of disaPPearance of ones difference was not significant meaning. The disaPPearance rate of cold-Pain and heavy Pain was statistically significant (P <0.028).5.Two grouPs total score of signs and symPtoms after the end of treatment one month comParing with after the third course of treatment have some rebound, but no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), while comPared with the Pre-treatment is still significant (P<0.05), the two grouPs total score of symPtoms and signs and total effective rate comPared with each other, there are no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), but the total effective rate of treatment grouP is slightly higher than the control grouP. Conclusion1.Treatment of ginger-Partition moxibustion Guanyuan to PostPartum lumbago have a Positive effect, esPecially belonging to cold-Pain and heavy Pain Patients, the effect is obvious for the cold-damPness tyPe PostPartum lumbago.2.Ginger-Partition moxibustion as a effective theraPies to PostPartum lumbago comParing with acuPuncture treatment of PostPartum lumbago had not statistically significant, but in the long term, the efficacy of ginger-Partition moxibustion Guanyuan treatment to of routine acuPuncture is more durable.3.These findings suggest that in clinical Practice, ginger-Partition moxibustion as an economic, effective theraPies could be used with traditional acuPuncture treatment alternately or simultaneously, can fundamentally imProve the body immunity, Prevent relaPse and consolidate the curative effect.
