Objective:Discussion on the relationship between atherosclerosis and Blood Stasis Syndrome in hemodialysis patients and analysis the cytokine gene polymorphism of T cell regulation, in order to prevent effective and provide treat evidence for the treatment of atherosclerosis. Methods:Patients with regular hemodialysis are selected in the second hospital of Xiamen City hospital in2010June to2012January. All these add up to115cases. All of the people are divided into atherosclerosis and atherosclerotic group according to the results of carotid artery. At the same time we score the stasis severity. After that,we test the distribution different of hemodialysis patients G403A gene according to polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP),then we can find out the relationship between atherosclerosis and Blood Stasis Syndrome in hemodialysis patients and analysis the cytokine gene polymorphism of T cell regulation.Results:1.We select115patients,including81cases with sclerosis. The patients with sclerosis accounted for all of the70.43%.2.The Ca,LDL-C, TG of sclerosis group were significant higher than that without sclerosis group.3.There are12cases in normal group who have blood stasis scoring10.08+4.36,thickening of IMT group22cases who have blood stasis scoring20.45+4.76,positive plaque formation group81cases who have blood stasis scoring33.53+11.6, The last group score was significantly higher than the former two groups (p<0.Ol).4. The hemodialysis patients were divided into mild and severe blood stasis syndrome by the mean scores28.58.The age, LDL-C, TG, TC in Severe blood stasis group were higher than those in mild stasis group, and HGB less than mild sclerosis group.5.Genotypes and alleles:We detected three RANTES G403A genotypes (AA, AG, GG). There is the distribution frequency of genotype in hemodialysis patient:AA genotype7.0%(8/115), AG genotype52.2%(60/115), GG genotype40.8%(47/115).And the distribution frequency of genotype in normal control group is:AA genotype8.3%(5/60), AG genotype58.4%(35/60), GG genotype33.3%(20/60). Two groups of genotype distribution have no significant difference. The allele distributions in hemodialysis patients is:A allele33.04%(76/230), G allele66.96%(154/230);and the allele distributions in dialysis patients is:A allele37.5%(45/120), G allele62.5%(75/120). Two groups of allele distribution have no significant difference. And there are also no different of genotype distribution in different basic disease.6.There is the distribution frequency of genotype in sclerosis group:AA genotype4.94%(4/81), AG genotype48.15%(39/81), GG genotype46.91%(38/81). And the distribution frequency of genotype in No sclerosis group is:AA genotype11.76%(4/34), AG genotype61.77%(21/34), GG genotype26.47%(9/34). The distribution of AA+AG genotype and GG genotype in Two groups is significantly. The allele distributions in sclerosis group is:A allele29.01%(47/162), G allele70.99%(115/162),and the allele distributions in no sclerosis group is:A allele42.65%(29/68), G allele57.35%(39/68), the distribution of alleles in two groups is significantly.7.The blood stasis scoring, P, LDL-C of GG genotype group are higher than AA+AG genotype group.8.By using logistic regression,we analyzed possible influential factors of atherosclerosis, and we find out blood stasis scoring,RANTES genotype,LDL-C,TG were entered into the regression equation.Conclusions:1.There is a high incidence of atherosclerosis in Hemodialysis patients, reached70.43%.2.There is a high level blood stasis degree in atherosclerosis patients. And the degree of atherosclerosis was positively related to the degree of blood stasis.3.Blood stasis syndrome score was positively related to the age, LDL-C, TG, TC.and negative related to HGB. 4.The GG genotype may be the risk factors of blood stasis syndrome.5.The factors which can effect the atherosclerosis were including blood stasis scoring, RANTES genotype G403A,LDL-C, TG.
