| Objective:This study was designed clinical trials in order to compare three treatment methods to treatment of Psoriasis clinical efficacy about the acitretin capsules, Chinese herbal formula, and two drugs in combination; Comparative analysis and evaluation to the therapeutic effect of three treatment; On the basis exploring the role of the treatment of psoriasis in Western mechanism, For the Avermectin A acid drug combination of traditional Chinese medicine can more effective basis for clinical treatment of psoriasis; To further study the efficacy of avermectin A acid drugs, how to reduce the toxic side effects to provide an effective idea.Methods:Analysis of Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Yunyang Medical College of Dermatology in September 2008 to February 2009, and in September 2009 to February 2010, out-patient and hospitalization in patients with clinically diagnosed 254 cases of psoriasis, Using random number table is divided into three treatment groups. Three groups of patients in average age, disease duration, PASI score before treatment were not statistically significant (P> 0.05), It is comparable. Acitretin capsules group of 100 patients treated with oral Acitretin Capsule, Chinese herbal formula group of 80 patients treated with oral compound decoction of Chinese medicine. Acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula treatment group,74 patients with oral Acitretin capsules and at the same time oral decoction of Chinese medicine compound. All patients were also intravenous infusion of compound glycyrrhizin injection, topical calcipotriol ointment. Courses are six weeks after treatment follow-up once a week, And after therapy in the treatment of a psoriatic lesion using internationally accepted severity score (PASI) method to identify the clinical efficacy, Adverse reactions were observed, the results of using SPSS13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, using multiple between the two groups comparison of the sample X2 tests to P<0.05 (a=0.05), P<0.017 (a′= 0.017) for the difference was statistically significant, the effect of the various groups were analyzed statistically. Results:Acitretin capsules treatment group, treatmenting group of Chinese herbal compound, Acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula treatment group, the total effective rate was 57.09%, The efficiency of each treatment group were 51.00%, 43.75% and 79.73%; Acitretin capsules treatment group and acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula treatment group were more efficient than traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment group, Efficiency of three treatments was significantly different (P<0.05), shows the efficacy of three treatments differ. Through the application between the two groups each other about Acitretin capsules treatment group and treatmenting group of Chinese herbal compound are efficient and found no statistically significant difference (P> 0.017). Acitretin capsules treatment group further was treated with combined traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment group, Acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula treatment group effective in the treatment compared with each other, they were found differences between the efficient statistically significant (P<0.017). However, the clinical observations acitretin capsules treatment group decreased in two cases of hypokalemia by potassium recovery; 13 cases of elevated blood lipids in patients with mild,5 cases of patients had elevated aminotransferases, occurring of 44 patients with varying degrees of dry skin, angular stomatitis, dry mouth, skin thinning and other side effects brittle, After treatment withdrawal and recovery after appropriate treatment, the treatment did not affect. Chinese herbal formula treatment group, 2 patients had diarrhea, reduce the dose of Chinese medicine after the recovery, the treatment did not affect. Acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula treatment group no significant adverse reactions. Three groups of patients had adverse reactions occurring systems.Conclusion:Acitretin capsules, herbal compound, Acitretin capsules combined with Chinese herbal formula has better curative effect of psoriasis treatment,which acitretin capsules combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound effect is better than acitretin capsules or traditional Chinese medicine compound, acitretin capsules and traditional Chinese medicine compound between the effect was no significant difference. Chinese herbal formula can reduce the toxicity of acitretin capsules.
