The Observation Of Curative On Extracorporeal High-frequency Hyperthermia Combined With Yangzhengxiaoji Decoction’s Treatment Of Advanced Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

Objective: Using pilot study method of the clinical non randomized controlled,patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) were treated with pospectivestudy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, whose ages between30-85years old.Observation the combine treatment efficacy and advantage for quality of life. Methods:92advanced NSCLC patience of visiting the Xinjiang autonomous region tcm hospitaland Urumchin city tcm hospital,they were divided into two groups by a randomizedcontrolled pilot study medthod.The test group:extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermiacombined with Yangzhengxiaoji decoction;the control group: simple Yangzhengxiaojidecoction,46cases in each of group, Four weeks of treatment. Records every patients’baseline indexes, tumor lesions change, KPS score, symptom score and quality of lifescore. Results: the study brought into92patients,87patients completed test,5patientsout of group. The two groups had same levels in tumor body stable rate and reduce tcmsyndrome evaluation(P>0.05). The treatmeat group better than the control group onimprove patients with KPS score.Analysis the quality of life:functional area, two groupsof patients improved have same improved degree of role function, emotional function,social function, general health status of the functions(P>0.05); The treatment grouppatients were improved the physical function, cognitive function, and which improve thephysical function is better than that of control group (P<0.05); improvement of thecognitive function compared with the control group had no significant.(P>0.05);Symptoms: two groups can improved patient’s symptoms in the side of pain, dyspnea andlung specific symptoms (including shortness of breath, cough, hemoptysis, pain). The curantive effects in treatment group better than in control group(P<0.05); two groupscan improved patients fatigue symptom, but none of obvious difference(P>0.05). The twogroups increase the cost of patients, and the treatment group was significantly, but none ofobvious differences(P>0.05). Conclusion:(1) External high frequency thermotherapycombined with Yangzhengxiaoji Decoction method could improved patients’ physicalcondition, peoples’ quality of life through by the improvement of pain, dyspnea symptoms;(2)This program could be one of a treatment scheme selection on non-small-cell lungcancer.
