| ObjectiveThis article adopts the method of prospective cohort study to collect 60 cases of late lung cancer patients,with the base of the routine regulations treatment,to observe the effect of abdomen acupuncture combined with external high frequency hyperthermia on the quality of life of lung cancer patients. By controlling study with the groups of abdomen acupuncture treatment only or external high frequency hyperthermia treatment,to evaluate the effect of the treatment of this three groups and their influence on the quality of life of lung cancer patients,observe whether the abdomen acupuncture combined with external high frequency hypothermia have a synergism on the lung cancer patients whose quality of life have been improved.Treat of a new path and a new method of Comprehensive therapy with the Chinese medicine to improve the quality of the tumor patients.Method60 cases of lung cancer patients diagnosed by pathology in line with the standards would be chosen for the research.Then the patients would be randomly divided into four groups by their out-patient serial number for 15 cases of each group.Before the treatment starts,each patient would be evaluated including their symptoms and the researches fill in the scale of QOL.All the patients would be given a Chinese medical differentiation,and treat base on Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine. Hyperthermia would be given each two days and last for two weeks,in one of the 4 groups,abdominal needle acupuncture would be in implementation and alternating with hyperthermia,and also for two weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2 course of treatment would be in implementation. And after 2 course immunization indicators would be reviewed,each patient would be evaluated including their symptoms KPS score,and the researches fill in the scale of QOL once again,and check immunization indicators in order to evaluate the changes in the main disease,adverse reactions of treatment,and quality of life score changes.Then take a statistical analysis for the indicators above-mentioned.ResultThe static result of Symptom Grading Quantization Scale for Lung Cancer shows more obvious decline and larger amount between the groups of compound treatment with abdominal acupuncture combined with hyperthermia and the other three and were significant difference(P＜0.05).FLIC scale shows that the improvement of score evaluated by body function,mental function and difficulties caused by tumor between the fourth group and other three groups were significantly(P＜0.05),but it shows there is no significant differences on social function.EORTC QLQ-C30 quality of life questionnaire rating shows the psychological function,physical symptoms, body function,general health between the fourth and other three group were significant difference(P＜0.05),but it showed there's no significant difference of social function in each group(P＞0.05).ConclusionAbdominal needle combined heat treatment method in improving the symptoms of more to the other three groups was statistically significant,and can improve the quality of life of patients,and social functions.And the therapy is an effective and safe way of treatment.DiscussionThis study adopts the TCM symptoms of lung cancer(see appendix grading quantization,FLIC and EORTC QLQ - C30 scales.And corresponding scale is divided into:several related fields,the scale,and the advantages and disadvantages each other with complementary,was fully embody the comprehensive research.Results shows abdominal acupuncture combined hyperthermia of Chinese medicine dialectical executes symptoms in patients with lung cancer, improve the quality of life and have a positive effect and the obvious superiority.However,this research only last for a short time,and as a result of a small sample content,it's easy to cause sorts of bias.The patient adherence to the demand is higher,so relatively difficulty exists when bring cases in.So if we can increase in the number of samples,that we can make the results of this study more perfect and more persuasive.
