Investigation The Influence Factors Of Elderly Hypertension Patients With High Anxiety In Hospital

Objective:Investigate the anxiety status of elderly hypertension patients inhospital.analyzes the related factors,for make early intervention and treatment to suchelderly hypertension patients who with serious mental handicap offer somebasis.Methods:Survey195elderly patients with hypertension in the xinjiang medicaluniversity hospital that age≥60years in2011, and by using the Zung anxiety rating scalefor the assessment, and according to the results of the score divide the elderly patients intohigh blood pressure with the anxious apprehension group and hypertension don’t with theanxious apprehension group, comparing the influence factors that the age, gender,education, income level, course of hypertension’s difference between the twogroups,analysis the infulence of the factors to the anxiety of the elderlypatients.Results:The survey of anxiety rate in elderly hypertension in hospital is62.6%.Between the two groups,the gender、age、nationality、drinking history、culturallevel、economic level、widowed etc don’t have statistically significant differences (P＞0.05). In the smoking history, body mass index, hypertension course, self-care abilityaspect have statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Comparison between the twogroups the change of lipid levels, the difference of TG, HDL-C between the two groupswas not statistically significant (P＞0.05);the difference of TC, LDL-C level between thetwo groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The result of more factors regressionanalysis showed the body mass index (BMI), hypertension and the course, self-care skillin elderly patients with high blood pressure have independent effect to anxiety of them(P＜0.05).Conclusion:To carry out the treatment to release the pressure,control influencefactors. And give psychological intervention positive,is the happen key to reduce theanxiety of elderly hypertension patients.
