Results Han, Kazak two national students' obesity detection rate of 12.5% and 9.4 percent is higher than Uighur students'6.5 percent. Han, Uygur, Kazak three national middle-school student's nutrition knowledge score low (both wellie 15 points, average into6.50±2.063,4.23±1.990,4.00±1.921), Three national middle-school students to gluttony, eat too fast unhealthful cognitive better; The two ethnic Han Uygur the proportion of students think breakfast important for 92.1%, comprehend, students than kazak 81.4%; The two ethnic Han Uygur middle school student western fast-food January eat 1-2 times ratio for 40.9%,33.4%, higher than the Kazak middle school students (13.7 percent), Uygur middle-school student's Fried barbecue food 1 week edible 1-3 times ratio is 42.6%,higher than Han middle school students (29.6%) and kazak middle school students (26.0%).Cream sweets 1 week edible 1-3 times Uighur students the proportion of students is 44.9%, higher than the Han middle school students (34.6%) and Kazak middle school students (33.9%);The two ethnic Han Uighur middle school students every day a week recently ratio is 67.1%,61.9%for edible breakfast, higher than the kazak students 44.4%; Three national middle-school students eating behavior are the influence factors of cultural degree mother. Conclusion Urumqi Han, Uygur, Kazak three national middle-school student's nutrition knowledge level is low, there is no reasonable eating behavior, Targeted strengthen middle-school students balanced diet, reasonable nutrition guidance and education, and actively advocate healthy eating behavior, improve the nutritional knowledge popularization to a parent's students, improve the nutrition level in xinjiang and health, promoting the healthy development of their body and mind.
