Build The Standard System Of TCM Clinical Nursing

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing is an important part of TCM, standardization development of TCM nursing is an important part of TCM standardization. With the advancement of TCM standardization, Chinese medicine nursing standardization work has received attention and development, but at present China’s TCM nursing standardization work is not perfect, and the standard system which adapt to the characteristics and patterns has not been created. So vigorously promote TCM nursing standardization construction, building Chinese clinical nursing standard system is imminent. TCM nursing standardization is an important technical support for standardizing the TCM nursing industry management. It is of great significance to promote academic development and the modernization of TCM nursing, improve its quality and speed up the TCM nursing to the world.Objective: Study on TCM clinical care standards, interrelationship and reasonable division in the application of standardization theory, to form Chinese medicine clinical nursing standard system framework and Chinese medicine clinical nursing standard list system, and set up a Chinese medicine clinical nursing standard system preliminary. By establishing all of these, it would effectively promote TCM nursing standardization process, further raise the academic level of TCM nursing, regulate the TCM nursing industry management and benefit to people’s health.Methods:Use research methods such as literature, drawing method, system analysis and expert consultation to analyze the basic theoretical knowledge of standardization and overview the TCM standard system at home and abroad. By understanding related theoretical knowledge and work status of TCM nursing standardization, clearing its importance and learning from experience of other industry standard system, study on existed, being and scheduled nursing standards, establish the TCM nursing standard system framework and classification level, complete the Chinese clinical nursing standard system and TCM clinical nursing standard system table.Results:TCM clinical nursing standard system frame structure is divided into five layers refer to industry standard system frame diagram. First-tier is industry common standards which divided into base standards, technical standards, management standards and work standards based on nature of law. Second-tier is professional common standards, it had been classified as20categories by functions of standard objects. Among of these, there are4basic standards,5technical standards,6management standards and8work standards. Third-tier is also industry common standards. Fourth-tier is category common standards. And the last layer is personalized standard, or the specific standards. By classifying and coding principles and requirements of standard system table of GB/T13016-2009, it forms a Chinese medicine clinical nursing standard. The standard list of each standard basic information includes nine items such as serial number, standard system, level, table Numbers, standard name, international standards, and foreign relations, or set aside, note etc.Conclusion: Initially completed the standard system framework of clinical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and the schedule of standard preparation. Discussed on methodological issues of TCM clinical nursing for providing a reference of future Chinese medicine clinical nursing standard system. There are a collection of Chinese medicine clinical care range within the existing, being, prefabricated standards which provide the basis for future amendments of TCM clinical standards. The researches of building the TCM nursing clinical standards system have some guiding significance to construction of TCM nursing standardization.
