A Research On A Modified Treatment Following Digital Replantation

Objective To study the effect of the modified treatment that releasing from strict bed restearly and using modified drugs to the comfort degree and the survival rate and the incidence ofvascular crisis in replantation among the patient with1-2severed finger without massive blood lossand low blood pressure.Analyse the feasibility of the modified treatment.Methods in first part,patients with1-2digital replantation were randomly divided intoexperiment group (57patients with72fingers having the modified treatment that strict bed rest for3days) and control group（65patients with78fingers having c that strict bed rest for7days）.Patients were followed with vascular crisis、fingers’ survival rate and comfort degree. in secondpart1-2severed finger without massive blood loss and low blood pressure were randomlydivided into group1(low molecular weight dextran)、group2（hydroxyethyl starch）、group3(Ringer solution).Patients were followed with vascular crisis、fingers’ survival rate and side-effect.Results the modified treatment that strict bed rest for3days did not have significant effects onvascular crisis and fingers’ survival rate. Compared to the traditional treatment, the modifiedtreatment could reduce complications after strict bed rest and increase the comfort degree(P<0.05)while there were no difference in vascular crisis and fingers’ survival rate(P<0.05). It did not havesignificant effects on vascular crisis and fingers’ survival rate when using Ringer’s solution toreplace low molecular weight dextran and hydroxyethyl starch in replantation(P>0.05). howeverusing Ringer’s solution reduced adverse drug reactions(P<0.05),when there were no difference infingers’ survival rate(P<0.05).Conclusionlow lacking the data of vascular endothelial cell in vascular repair, the modifiedtreatment that strict bed rest for3days did not have significant effects on vascular crisis andfingers’ survival rate in the research. But it reduced complications after strict bed rest and increasethe comfort degree.the modified treatment in drugs reduced adverse drug reactions in the researchwhen there were no difference in fingers’ survival rate.it were worth clinical promotion.
