Objective:1.Objective evaluation of calcium channelblockers, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin II receptorantagonists, beta blockers, diuretics, hyperactivity hypertensive patients, differences in efficacy.2. Preliminary study to establish in accordance with theChinese Medicine of the choice of antihypertensive drugs to solve theblindness of antihypertensive drug choice or try a actual situation, andenhance the Hypertension selection of antihypertensive drugs targeted toimprove its efficacy. Methods: A two centers, randomized, hyperactivity inhypertensive patients met the inclusion criteria118cases were randomlydivided into5groups randomly using five classes of antihypertensive drugsfor treatment, the groups were observed in4weeks blood pressure valueschange and TCM symptom score as the efficacy of indicators, the data fit thenormal distribution, the F test was used for statistical analysis, does not fit thenormal distribution, the Wilcoxon test was used for statistical analysis. Countdata were analyzed by X~2test. Results:(1) Comparison of clinical efficacy:Total efficiency87.5%of the beta receptor blocker group, angiotensinconverting enzyme inhibitor group, the total efficiency95.9%, the calciumantagonist group, the total efficiency100%, angiotensin Ⅱ receptorantagonist group, the total efficiency95.4%, diuretic total efficiency91.3%of the dose group of the angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor group, angiotensin II receptor antagonist group, the calcium antagonist group wasbetter than the other two groups (P <0.02), there are significant differences, with statistical significance; and calcium antagonist group>angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor group> angiotensin II receptorantagonist group, among the three groups more or less, P>0.02, notstatistically significant.(2) Comparison of Changes in blood pressure: SBP:the dose group of the angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor group, angiotensin II receptor antagonist group, the calcium antagonist group wasbetter than the other two groups (P <0.05), there are significant differences, with statistical significance; high to low and decline of blood pressure valueswere as follows: calcium antagonist group> angiotensin-converting enzymeinhibitor group> angiotensin II receptor antagonist group, among the threegroups more or less, P>0.05no statistical significance; DBP: he dose groupof the angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor group, angiotensin II receptorantagonist group, the calcium antagonist group was better than the other twogroups (P <0.05), there are significant differences, with statisticalsignificance; high to low and decline of blood pressure values were as follows:calcium antagonist group> angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor group>angiotensin II receptor antagonist group, among the three groups more or less,P>0.05no statistical significance.(3)Comparison of TCM syndromes: Totalefficiency87.5%of the beta receptor blocker group, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor group, the total efficiency79.2%, the calcium antagonistgroup, the total efficiency73.1%, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist group, the total efficiency81%, diuretic group, the total efficiency73.9%of theagent group, beta-blockers group is better than the other four groups (P <0.02), a significant difference, with statistical significance.(4) TCMsyndromes integral changes in comparison:beta-blockers group is better thanthe other four groups (P <0.05), a significant difference, with statisticalsignificance.(5) The five groups of patients during clinical observation of nosignificant adverse effects. Conclusion: Five classes of antihypertensive drugtreatment of hyperactivity hypertension symptoms in traditional Chinesemedicine to improve aspects of β-blocker is superior to calcium antagonists, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonist, diuretics. In the antihypertensive effects of angiotensin converting enzymeinhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, calcium antagonists thanβ-blockers, diuretics. Therefore can be speculated that in the clinical treatmentof hyperactivity hypertension can be selected angiotensin converting enzymeinhibitors and β-receptor blockers, or angiotensin II receptor antagonists andbeta blockersagents, combined, or calcium antagonists, beta blockers andeither lower blood pressure, blood pressure standards, but also can alleviatethe clinical symptoms, and receive better results.
