objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of five types of anti-hypertensive drugs, which includes angiogenesis converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI), calcium channel blockers(CCB), angiogenesis II receptor antagonists(ARB),beta blockers, diuretics and so on, treating the disease-hypertensive patients in efficacy. Preliminary research,in order to determine the blindness of antihypertensive drugs and the choice of antihypertensive drugs in accordance with Chinese medicine the choice to solve, or try to improve the situation, the choice of antihypertensive drugs, targeted to improve the curative effect. Methods:The clinical trials to random, control as research method,100patients met the inclusion criteria of phlegm and blood stasis in patients with hypertension, were randomly divided into five groups randomly selected after five classes of antihypertensive drug treatment, after4weeks of treatment, statistical analysis of the difference between the numerical difference between the five groups of blood pressure and TCM symptoms score. Results:1.Clinical efficacy:the ARB group>the ACEI group>the CCB group>the diuretic group>the beta blockers group. Compared with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).In comparison of the blood pressure changes:Systolic Blood Pressure:ARB group, ACEI group,CCB group is better than the other two groups; and the result showed that there was no obviously difference between other two groups (P>0.05).Diastolic blood pressure:diuretic group, beta blockers group is better than the other three groups; and the result showed that there was no obviously difference between other three groups (P>0.05).2. The changes of TCM syndrome:the diuretic group>the ARB group>the ACEI group>the CCB group>the beta blockers group. Compared with significant differences between groups(P<0.05). The score of TCM syndromes:diuretics group is better than the other four groups; Compared with significant differences between groups(P<0.05), and the result showed that there was no obviously difference between other four groups. Comparison between the four groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).Comparison between the four groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).3. In the clinical study of all patients were not occurring adverse events. Conclusion:The five types of antihypertensive drugs in clinical studies on hypertension in the treatment of phlegm stasis type of hypertension from TCM symptoms improve aspects of diuretics is superior to the other four groups, the group in the antihypertensive effects of ARB group, ACEI group, CCB group was better than the other two groups. Therefore, can be inferred that in the clinical treatment of phlegm stasis hypertension can be preferred diuretic, ARB, ACEI can also be combined diuretic with ARB or ACEI.
