His ankle rating system of grading, optimal (90～100)20cases "good"(80～89) in6, can (70～79) in2cases, poor (less than69points)0example, was92.8%Conclusion:Before using the medical apporach can be single road after the completion of ankle and NaHuai of internal fixation, the combination od lateral appoaches can be completed in therr ankle fractures fixed and to ankle fractures after merger of anteroinferior tibiofibular phill joint more complex ankle fractures after separation is particularly applicable.The safe operation, simple, can look straight into anatomical repositioning the articular surface, fixation and reduce the incidence of postoperative traumatic sex arthritis, and can obtain satisfactory results...
