Objective:To investigate and compare the open and laparoscopic disarticulation of pyeloplasty for treating ureteropelvic junction obstructionMethods: 120 cases in our hospital patients with UPJ obstruction during April 2009 in March 2013, according to the principle of random draw into the treatment group and the control group of 60 patients in the control group were given amputation open pyeloplasty surgery, treatment group received laparoscopic pyeloplasty amputation, the incidence of perioperative indicators were observed with postoperative complications, hydronephrosis was observed two groups of patients before and after surgery, and postoperative follow-up survey 6 month of recurrence were observed. All statistical analyzes using SPSS13.00 software to P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: All patients undergoing successful treatment group operative time, blood loss, postoperative bowel function recovery time, postoperative pain medication usage time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly less than the control group, compared to all the difference by t test there was statistically significant(P <0.05). Treatment group were wound infection, urinary leakage, nausea, vomiting, wound bleeding, pulmonary infections and other complications were significantly less than the control group was statistically significant between-group differences by comparison test(P <0.05); after all complications symptomatic improvement after treatment, without affecting the postoperative follow-up. Preoperative hydronephrosis contrast of the difference was not statistically significant postoperative degree of hydronephrosis were significantly improved(P<0.05), while degree of hydronephrosis postoperative treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05). All patients were followed up for six months, after observation, cuts relapse treatment group, the recurrence, aggravating of ureteropelvic junction obstruction and resection of the kidney were lower than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic pyeloplasty transection of the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction and disarticulation of the traditional open pyeloplasty compared to surgical success rate is higher, but yet less invasive, faster postoperative recovery, reducing complications and promote the recovery of renal function in patients with more acceptable follow-up recurrence rate is relatively small, can gradually replace the traditional open surgery, as the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction gold standard.
