Objective:To investigate and discuss the protection of Qianjinwenwu decoction in the mice acute Hepatic injury and research the mechanism of action.Methods:1.Sixty mices were randomized into6groups, including normal control, model control, positive control, Qianjinwenwu decoction high middle and low dose control gavage.2. Lavage2times every day and keep on10days.The high dose was2.00g/kg,middle dose was1.00g/kg. low dose was0.50g/kg, Silybum marianum Gaertn controls was0.10g/kg. Normal controls and model controls were lavaged identical normal saline. On the ninth day, to fast and cannot refrain from water for24h. After that, intraperitoneal inject0.2%CCl40.2ml/20g except normol control.3. After intraperitoneal injection24h, to obtain blood from eye globe and gain serum. Dislodge liver and put in the nomal saline.4. Detect the ALT. AST、GSH-PX, T-SOD and MDA.Results:The ALT and AST of Qianjinwenwu control degrade obviously, T-SOD、 GSH-PX activity increase obviously and the contents of MDA degrade obviously. Conclusion:This investigation confirm that Qianjinwenwu decoction has the protection for acute Hepatic injury damaged by CCl4The mechanism is possible relating with cleaning oxygen free radical and inhibiting lipid peroxidation. Besides that it can enhance body antioxygen.
