The Observation Of Immediate Antihypertensive Effects Using Xingjian And Taixi In Treating Hypertension

Objective: To observe the immediate antihypertensive effects of Xingjian and Taixiin treating hypertension. Compared with the Taixi and Ququan antihypertensive effect, toprove reinforcing and reducing both method is more suitable for immediateantihypertensive treatment.Methods:60cases of patients diagnosed with hypertension were randomly dividedinto two groups，Xingjian group and Ququan group. The blood pressure of the two groupsof patients before treatment was assessed as well as30min after the treatment and wasanalyzed using medical statistics，to observe the immediate antihypertensive effects.Results:1,Two kinds of methods both can obviously reduce systolic and diastolic bloodpressure(P <0.01), the efficient rate of treatment group was90%, and control group was76.67%, there were significant differences between groups (P <0.05).2,The effect of treatment group is better than control group to reduce the systolicblood pressure in immediate (P <0.01).3, The effect of treatment group and control group have no obvious difference toreduce diastolic pressure in immediate (P>0.05).Conclusion:1, Xingjian and Taixi can reduce blood pressure in patients with essentialhypertension.and it is superior to Ququan and Taixi in the regulating of systolic bloodpressure.2, Reinforcing and reducing both is more suitable than only reinforcing.3, The method of zimubuxie does have its practical value in the clinical treatment ofessential hypertension.
