The Clinic Study Of Jiaweisiwu Granule In Treating The Type Of Yinxuyangkang Of Essential Hypertension In Grade 1 Or 2

Purpose:To objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiaweisiwu granule combined with domestic candesartan in treating the type of Yinxuyangkang of Essential-Hypertension in grade 1 or 2,and to explore the effect of Jiaweisiwu granule on improvement in hemorheology, blood lipid,and microalbuminuria.Methods:64 cases were selected from June 2010 to January 2010 in the department of cardiology of jiangyin chinese medicine hospital who suffered from hypertension and met the Yinxuyangkang diagnoses.Cases were divided into two groups at random,treamtent group with 32 and the comparative group with 32.Treamtmet group were given Jiaweisiwu granule combinate with domestic candesartan for 8 weeks at the basis of the treatment of the comparative group. the blood pressure,hemorheology, blood lipid,and microalbuminuria were observed before and after the period of treatment.Results:(1) blood pressure, the blood pressue before and after the period of treatment of both groups all have signifince difference(P<0.05),but the change of the blood pressure after the period of treatment between the two groups have no signifince difference(P>0.05).(2) hemorheology, the high shear viscosity of whole blood,the low shear viscosity of whole blood, plasma viscosity, hematocrit in blood, erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte aggregation index drawn from both the groups before and after the period of treatment all have signifince difference(P<0.05),and the change of the low shear viscosity of whole blood, hematocrit in blood, erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte aggregation index drawn from the treatment group have signifinice diffence with those from the comparative group after the period of treatment (P<0.05).(3) blood lipid, TG,LDL-C,HDL-C drawn from the treatment group after the period of treatment have signifince difference with those before the period of treatment (P<0.05), the same indexes from the comparative group after the period of treatment had no signifince difference with those before the period of treatment (P>0.05). the change of TG,HDL-C drawn from the treatment group have signifinice diffence than those from the comparative group after the period of treatment (P<0.05).(4) microalbuminuria,the microalbuminuria before and after the period of treatment of both groups all had signifince difference(P<0.05),but the change of microalbuminuria drawn from the treatment group have no signifinice diffence with those from the comparative group after the period of treatment (P>0.05). (5) fall off:4 cases of the comparative group fell off the trial,2 were oweing to the high price,and the other 2 were oweing to the loss of connection.Conclusion:from this trial we can draw the conclusion that Jiaweisiwu granule have an effect on lowering TG,LDL-C, and heightening HDL-C in the patients suffered from the type of Yinxuyangkang of essential hypertension in grade 1 or 2.It can also improve a lot of indexes of the hemorheology. Jiaweisiwu granule has the advantage of metabolism over domestic candesartan.
