The Clinical Observation On Treating Lumber Disc Herniation By Main Acupuncture On Jiaji Points

Objective: To compare the efficacy of acupuncture between the waist Jiajiand backshu points in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH), to select the besttreatment options which can ameliorate theclinical symptoms and signs and analgesia assoon as possible. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into observation groupand control group: The observation group acupoint on bilateral L2～5Jiaji points; thecontrolgroup choosebilateralshenshu,qihaishu,dachangshu,guanyuanshu; acupoints are taken lumbosacral Ashi, weizhong and Kunlun acupoints. Two courses have simpleacupuncture treatment, with visual analogue scale standards and locate the comprehensivequantitative assessment rating criteria to quantify the treatment. Results:(1) each grouphave30patients, after the first period of treatment, the observation group cured18cases,7cases have markedly effect,3cases get effect, and2cases have ineffectiveness, the curerate is60%, the effective rate was93.7%; The control group cured9cases,5cases havemarkedly effect,10cases get effect, and6cases have ineffectiveness, the cure rate is30%,the effective rate is80%. Analyse the effect showed that the observation group wassignificantly better than control group (P﹤0.05). in the second period, the observationgroup cured19cases,7cases have markedly effect,2cases get effect, and2cases haveineffectiveness, the cure rate is63.3%, the effective rate is93.7%; The control group cured14cases,7cases have markedly effect,6cases get effect, and3cases have ineffectiveness,the cure rate is46.7%, the effective rate is90%and the results have not significantdifference (P﹥0.05).(2) with visual analogue scale standards and locate the integratedassessment standard to analyse the pain and comprehensive integral change of two groups: the first course, the observation group is obviously better than the control group in painintensity, symptoms and signs various evaluation index (P﹤0.01); The second course haveno significant difference (P﹥0.05). All two groups can significantly lower each indexcompared the before with after their control,(P﹤0.05).Conclusion: the waist clip holeback and waist ridge of shenshu point treatment group prolapsus of lumbar intervertebraldisc, the patients’ experience of pain, symptoms, signs and daily life activities, and otherrelated parameters have significant improvement, all has good curative effect, but waistjiaji point can get faster effective than waist shenshu point on ameliorate the pain、improved the clinical symptoms and signs and other aspect s.
