The Study On Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Laws Of Bone Rheumatism Based On Philology

Based on philological research methods, firstly, information relating tobone rheumatism in both the ancient and modern literature of TCM was collected,sorted, explored and studied, in order to reveal the etiology, pathogenesisand prognosis of bone rheumatism, summarize the experience fordifferentiating and treating it, and then provide the literature basis forits prevention and treatment of TCM. Secondly, medical records published(totally214cases) from the Han Dynasty to Dec,31,2010were sorted, byusing the Frequency Statistics Method, Golden Section Method, ClusterAnalysis Method and other methods for analyzing and processing with an attemptto further reveal the law of the incidence of bone rheumatism for clinicalreference. Thirdly, from the perspective of Viscera Syndrome Differentiation,Qi Blood Body fluids Differentiation and Six Exogenous FactorsDifferentiation, the bone rheumatism is divided into bone rheumatism of kidneydeficiency, bone rheumatism of kidney heat, bone rheumatism of Qi and Blooddeficiency, bone rheumatism of Blood stasis, bone rheumatism of phlegmretention, bone rheumatism of Wind, Bone rheumatism of Cold, Bone rheumatismof Damp, Bone rheumatism of Hot and etc.. Then the pathogenesis of bonerheumatism was proposed: the disease is in bones, relating to kidneys, liver,spleen and lungs, kidneys in particular. The treatment for bone rheumatismis mainly to replenish the kidney essence, aided by expelling wind and cold,eliminating dampness and freeing channels, and invigorating Qi and activatingBlood. Fumigation, steaming, acupuncture, medicine and plasters should be combined in the treatment of serious conditions.
